cannot recommend Grass Warehouse based on my experience. The artificial grass I received was not a true reflection of the quality shown in the product listing. The appearance and overall quality were significantly below what I expected from the images and description, leaving me very disappointed. When I contacted customer service to raise my concerns, my complaint was initially dismissed rather than properly addressed. After several discussions, the company eventually agreed to refund only 75% of the purchase price, meaning I was still left out of pocket for a product that I believe did not match the expectations created by the listing. While I appreciate that a partial refund was eventually offered, I do not feel it was a fair resolution given the circumstances. I would advise anyone considering buying from Grass Warehouse to request samples and inspect them carefully before purchasing, as my experience suggests the advertised quality may not reflect what you actually receive.
