Very helpful they had exactly the tiles I was searching for, I double checked by bringing a tile with me to compare and even though they didn't have a show room they where happy to check in the warehouse they had the right tiles and carried them to the car for me.

Excellent customer service
Unfortunately I ordered a fire burner which was too small. The customer service was excellent and I returned and was given a full refund promptly.
They also gave me advice on ordering suitable bespoke burner which was very good value.
