Similar to others - no delivery and no communication. Taken the money and supplied nothing. Currently in the process of going to court to get our money back. Please try another supplier.

Absolutely disgusting lack of comms.

I paid for an order on the 26th of September and have been chasing them ever since and cannot get anyone to ring me, text or email me. You have nobody to speak to and get no response to anything you send.

I am now suspecting I will never get the product I paid for so I recommend you do not use this company you will get ripped off.

Ordered delivery of 3 bulk bags of 40mm blue slate chippings. Quick acknowledgement of order and 2 days later delivery driver turns up with 30 minute advance warning from him - nothing from the company (which he says it typical - "send and forget"). Fortunately I was available. Of the 3 bags, 1 was good, 1 ok & 1 unacceptable. Top of 3rd bag is a mixture of slag, dust and very small chips with the required 40mm chippings. Too much work to sift one from the other. 2 voicemails and 2 emails later and still no response after 2 weeks.
I now see that their directors (Oldfield & wife) have already presided over what looks like the business failure of National Aggregates (company has been dissolved owing Lloyds Bank money). Given my initial order confirmation was from an employee using Anthony at nataggregates.co.uk this doesn't look promising. They also seem to interchangeably trade under other names like stones4you.
P.S. Haulier was friendly and placed where I needed it (it was a flat block paved surface so that made him happy)

If I could give them zero I would. Ordered a large bag of gravel on Tuesday and paid the £20 next day delivery charge so it would be there for the landscapers on Thursday. Today is Friday and still hasn't arrived. They do not answer their phone, they do not return emails, they do not respond in any way. I even got the mobile number of the man who runs this company, Anthony, from the hauliers and again, no response to messages left. Obviously I have asked for a full refund and I will continue until I get my money back. As it is they have wasted my time and the landscapers time. They are also not responding to the Landscaping company either despite multiple messages left by them. Do not use this company. At best they are a waste of space, at worst they are a shower of crooks.

Having ordered based on the recommendation of a relative I placed my order prior to reading the negative reviews....needless to say I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Communication was prompt with accurate delivery information and my order was delivered on time by a friendly haulier who also manouvered the load into the right spot for me with no hassle. Would use again and definitely recommend. 5*

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I placed and order with this company and cancelled the order within 48 hours. I have been chasing a refund ever since. They don't answer their phone and do not respond to emails. They are extremely quick to take your money and send an email confirmation but have no trouble ignoring you when it comes to giving you back your money. I have no gravel and my money is also gone. I will be reporting them to trading standards.

DO NOT TRUST - Really poor customer service. Paid extra to deliver on a specific day, turned up on the wrong day and since then they have ignored every email and phone call I have made. Go to Selco - it’s the same price

I ordered 1 bulk bag of stone chips to be delivered next day; which did not happen. I made contact with the supplier via email and was called some 20 minutes later by a very pleasant representative of Gravel4you. It was explained that due to high demand my order would not be fulfilled that day however if it was convenient my order would be delivered the
next morning. True to their word my order was delivered by 10am next day. Very good customer service even if my order was a day late. Courier was very helpful unloading and placing the pallet exactly where I needed it to be. Well rescued G4Y you get 5 stars.

I ordered some slate chippings from Gravel4you on Monday 13th November. I was told by the lady in the office, I would receive them on Wednesday, and that the driver would call me shortly before the delivery, to confirm I was in. It got to about 4pm and no delivery or call, so I called Gravel4you, a man called me back and said it would get to me until Thursday, no apology, nothing, so I said this was a very bad service, he then swore at me and hung up. Today, Thursday morning at 9.30, I get a call from the delivery driver, asking me if I have a fork lift to remove the chippings. I said no, what is going on here. He hung up. I have just left a message to pay my money back in to my account, as I think the service is disgusting. Also they never directly answer their phones, that tells me something!.

Three day turnaround at good price, driver was very helpful and had no problem navigating lorry up our shared drive to put our delivery at the end (so we can still use the drive!). Communication was good, they got in touch to confirm soon after I added my order to their website. N.B. the email address on their website doesn't seem to work.

Big warning not to buy from this company. I am restoring 6 houses in the Worcestershire countryside. Products are twice the price of local, friendly company Bradfords for same materials. Gravel4you super quick to take the money. Expressed clearly on my delivery notes that the properties are in the countryside, down a lane and had to be delivered on the extensive driveway. Delivery went ahead and came on an arctic lorry. Driver could not swing arctic lorry into the driveway, no kerb to drop delivery on, I had to send order back. Pushed them for a refund, they kept £82 for that delivery. It was for 2 bulk bags of gravel. At most should have been 2 x £15 each way. I have informed all of my builders not to use them
