Edited to say that after reading the company's response, I requested a refund, and the process went very well. I did not like the frame, but the customer service was too notch. I was disappointed that the color is only on the front of the frame. My fault for not looking more closely when I ordered, I know, but I ordered a similar piece from another company that had color on all sides of the frame and actually cost less. I will be ordering from the other company in the future.
