Everything on our site is printed in a giclee style, meaning it is digitally printed onto our products. There is no paint applied to the print, but everything is created from the original digital image of the painting or photograph. All of the digital images offered on our site are legally obtained from artists or publishers. It looks like our team was able to assist by providing a refund for your order. This print, the frame, and the glare proof glass is gorgeous, but I had to take it to the local craft store to have them put the hangers on correctly. The print hangs east-west style, but the hangers were put on north-south. I couldn't have hung it if I wanted too.
