I have not received them and payment has been processed. I have notified the company 3 times and no reply to where my purchases are. I cannot recommend this company for purchases.

I received my order and liked it - however, I realized it will not work as I had hoped. So, my frustration comes in contacting your company as I need to return the print. I call your phone listed and get a message that your phone lines are down - that has been for at least 4-5 days. Then I have emailed and you say you will get back to me with "necessary return" information but I have yet to hear from anyone from your company. What do I need to do to get the return info so I can get the item returned. So, it is hard to give a good review for customer service that is not as I had hoped. Please send me info to get the print returned in a timely fashion. I don't know what more to do. Thank you kindly.
