I think the process of ordering was very easy, I do think that for the cost the quality is average - very thin canvas and mine came with a black line on that I was able to remove by gently wiping though there is a slight remnant of the line. I thought about returning but in all honesty just did not want to deal with the shipping. I would not order again.

The order was delivered very quickly
The order was delivered very quickly. The packages were extremely well wrapped and despite evidence of rough handling, there was no damage to the pictures.
I was very satisfied with the framed prints that I ordered.

I was very disappointed in the quality…
I was very disappointed in the quality of the print and frame for the amount of money I spent. I can’t even imagine someone paying full price as it wasn’t even worth the $300 I spent. I won’t fall for these cheap outfits again.
