Purchased a lovely grey wool coat recently. Really pleased with it. Nice cut. Very flattering. Would recommend Great Plains for quality materials and long lasting products.

Bought a dress advertised as a maxi dress. It wasnt is was not even covering the calf. The material was cheap and shoddy and it had no style in it at all. I have had other dresses last year and they were fine, this one i will be giving to the charity shop!! Is it John Lewis partner here that is making this site now full of shoddy goods or is it great plains, makes one afraid of ordering anything else...and i was a very good buyer last year.
I ordered 1 jumpsuit online on a Friday and paid £7 for next day delivery.
The confirmation email which was sent after I'd ordered and paid and stated delivery would be on the Monday.
I rang their customer service dept the next day to ask why I wouldn't be receiving it on the Saturday only to be told the website states any order made after 11pm on a Friday would not be delivered until the Monday.
I pointed out that I didn't see this on the website but surely when I chose next day delivery for £7 this should have flagged up?
I asked for a refund of the difference but was told no.
The jumpsuit is of poor quality, made with very cheap, thin cotton so I'm returning it.
I filled in the return form only to discover they do not do free returns during their sale period?!
And, they are saying to return it paying extra for proof of purchase.
So basically it's going to cost me over £12 odd to try on a poor quality item of clothing.
I'm disgusted with this company and won't be ordering from them ever again.
I'll be warning all of my friends on Facebook, twitter etc too.
Take heed.
In this day and age where businesses are vying for your custom having to pay for delivery AND returns is unacceptable.
Trying to get through to customer service seems impossible!
will not be shopping with them again!
👎🏼Zero rating from me
Really poor customer service from this company. So hard to get hold of, wasting so much of my time writing the same emails back to them once I get a response.... I honestly can't understand this considering it is such an established company.
