Product quality’s has slipped…
Product quality’s has slipped lately...terry and the girls inside are good...knowledgeable...but from there it goes down hill quick...be prepared to spend over an hour waiting for product...very unorganized...or wait for it to be made...because Mario claims they’re so busy and run out of product...which is a good problem but won’t have a second shift to make more or pull orders for contractors for the next morning so is as contractors could be more efficient...if another game opened up he lose quick

I discovered this company through a referral from a friend in Delaware in 2011.. What made me a return customer is the fact that the owner Mario, CARE'S about the product he sells. As for me, building the best affordable decks available is key to my business and they make my job easier. The other bonus is the savings. I can be extremely competitive to my customers with the savings they offer. The employees in the office are very knowledgeable in the business and make communicating with orders easy. Terrible experience!
Terrible experience!! Purchased decking material and had wrong railing sent. Notified Great Railing and sent pictures like they requested and was told that they would send someone out that day with the proper rails. Next day called Great Railing again and asked to speak to the gentleman I spoke to the first time. I was told by a lady in the office that he was on the phone. I asked if I may hold on for a minute to speak to him when he was finished. The lady on the phone RUDELY said "No you can't tie my phone up". I was upset at the way she spoke to me. She then asked questions as to why I was calling. I explained the situation and asked that I be refunded for the wrong materials that was sent that I could not use. She initially said yes then called back and said No that they UPS the right material I needed. I said I was told it was to be delivered yesterday and she proceeded to say I should have never been told that. She also said that I would have to pay to ship the stuff back to them if I wanted a credit. Bad customer service and they lie!! If it was their mistake they should make it right. I should not have to pay to ship material back to them. I understand mistakes can happen but the way the situation was handled was very poor. Prices are good but customer service and employees are rude and unprofessional. I will pay more money for better customer service and honesty. Buyer Beware!!!

Unprofessional and highly disrespectful employees. If you are a DIY customer this is NOT the place for you. Yes the prices are good, but not worth the aggravation. Employees will not answer any questions you have!! After spending almost 10K on materials I had a woman tell me to "shut up".
