Grumpy....them not me!!

Grumpy....them not me!!
Everytime you ring up the counter staff are soooooo grumpy. Ordered some stuff for delivery Friday, didn't turn up so rang on Saturday clearly delivered it to wrong place "leave it with me I'll call you back" an hour later stuff abandoned on drive, wagon speeding off into the sunset, no phone call, box of screws soaked from overnight rain and still no paperwork or receipt no apology, I appreciate they have a monopoly around here but customer service is shocking.
