Disappointed
Following good reviews I have decided to buy artificial grasses from them.
Unfortunately have not received any email/order confirmation, money disappeared quickly from my account) so after 30 hours I have phoned them to get some information, what was my surprise when they said they are not delivering to my zone-west midland (why they accepted my order, why they didn't contact me?) and they will provide refunds now.
Another 2 days gone and still didn't refund not been done, phoned them several times, they promised to sort the problem and ring back,but this wasn't happening.
At this moment I have decided to open case through PayPal to get back over £400.
I cannot review the product but customer service and communication is very poor.

Excellent Responsiveness
At Green Apple Floorings request I have made this review and, so far, the responsiveness has been exemplary - however, the discount code didn't work on the website order form (although refunded on request) and I haven't yet received the product.
