Working with Greenback has been a great experience, as our tax preparer Anil has helped us to understand the specifics of our taxes. We moved to UK upon retirement, and this year started getting UK pensions as well as our US income, and were uncertain how to handle. Anil helped clarify and we ended up owing much less US tax than expected. Communications are clear and appropriately timed. The few videos we've watched have been very helpful. Overall, an excellent experience and we'll continue to use them.
