Had a great experience with the company! They were very informative throughout the whole process and were always there for me when I had questions. In terms of fitting my new boiler, again everything was clearly informed to me and the process was quick. They fit my boiler in within one day. I will say it’s a messy job however, we are loving our new system now. Hot water on tap has saved our lives! The central heating is amazing because it heats the house so incredibly quickly and doesn’t need to be on long as the house retains the heat. Very happy with all the insulation that was put in too. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and happy we used Greenen Energy because it’s saved me a lot of money and has improved my house immensely

Loft insulation installed by two guys who worked hard in difficult circumstances.
Boiler insulation went perfectly, minimal disruption to the house, left clean and tidy utility room. Neat pipework.

I have had a very poor experience with this company. They sent a surveyor around at the beginning of October and promised that they would be in touch. I heard nothing from them. I have tried ringing and have emailed them and they have not replied. The frustrating thing is, I know from the council that the application for a grant that they made on my behlaf was cleared but they haven't bothered to follow it up. 12 th Decemebr and I have a broken boiler - no central heating and no hot water.
