I was suspicious as the web looks old style and they don’t have many opinions here.
But they have good prices and right products if you look for greenhouse spares.
I got my item in 3 working days by Royal Mail.
They communicate very well. You don’t have to wait long to get email back.
I bought a pack of 50 alumnium bolts/nuts (11mm long).
They were dispatched promptly and are of excellent quality and value (so much better than the ones on a very popular website named after a rainforest/river).
The website is basic but don't let that put you off.
I have just ordered some of the longer nuts/bolts now.
Haven't received my shipment yet. First delay was that they hadn't included postage and that had to be paid separately. Next was that they aren't registered for tax purposes to sell to the EU. I have had to pay an extra €10 on a €20 sale because "We are not IOSS registered as this creates and adds a lot of extra costs. 99% of goods sent to Ireland we have no problem with." This was not stated on the site or when I was paying. They refuse to pay the cost I incurred even though they get away with it on 99% of sales.
Was a little dubious about ordering from this site given not many reviews and the site itself maybe not being quite as professional/slick as others but took the plunge given the order value was fairly small. I need not have worried, order placed and paid for and turned up within a couple of days with absolutely no issues at all. Would certainly recommend given my experience of using their services.
