Placed an order for replacment 4'x2' polycarbonate sheets on the Thursday and it arrived on the Monday. Very quick delivery! I Didn't receive a confirmation email for the order, maybe this is because I paid via Paypal and did not register my details via the website. Would definately recommend and I would buy again from GreenHouse Warehouse! Perfect!!

My experience has been first class. Like some have said, I didn't receive a confirmation email, so I wouldn't worry about that for future orders. Excellent price and very quick delivery.

Tried to order from website 4 times with no success, phoned them to make card payment and was told can't pay with card. The man sounded uninterested to resolve or investigate any issues. Worst customer service on a while, would not recommend using them

Ordered, on 6 February, greenhouse glass clips. Supposedly posted on 7 February. By 14th, not arrived. Contacted the company for a replacement/refund and told Royal Mail estimated 12 days before goods are considered "lost" and they will not do anything before 23rd. No apology or politeness and I have no faith I will either receive the clips (I have had other things delivered ordered and posted after 7th) or a refund or replacement. Poor poor customer service.

Tried to order greenhouse spares online but the site would not accept my details, spoke to someone online that didn't have a clue but promised that customer service would contact me first thing next day to take my order, 2 weeks later and still not heard a word.

simple and easy to order, product, delivery and prompt email received. all is good; ( best price on the net ).

Ordered a couple of tubular heaters but had slight problem with built-in thermostat. Within a short time frame this company sorted the issue efficiently and at no cost to me. Good customer services so would use again.

I ordered a side panel and rollers on Thursday morning which arrived very promptly the next day. The driver did not ring bell and when I picked it up 10 minutes after delivery I noticed the package was damaged. The panel is bent and useless. Photos were taken and emailed immediately, several calls and emails sent to no avail. I have 14 days to return. Sale service excellent but customer service is disappointing at this time.

Useless. Sold me a faulty BBQ and have been ignoring my emails for nearly a month.

Avoid these clowns.

excellent site,with good customers services and also good products and I had ordered for harsh to be brought to Kentucky and that's was done at least it feels good having a website to place an order belonging to greenhouse just like the (greenhousemedicated.com) of Sacramento.keep doing an excellent work I really appreciate my stuff.

I have used Greenhouse Warehouse a few times now to order acrylic panels for greenhouses and sheds and on every occasion the service from ordering on their website through to delivery has been very good, hence always going back to them. On my last order, through no fault of Greenhouse Warehouse, the courier/delivery company caused a delay in my delivery due to sending it to the wrong place, when it eventually arrived it was damaged. I phoned them and spoke to a very nice helpful man at Greenhouse Warehouse and he arranged delivery of a replacement acrylic panel which arrived the next day. Fantastic service. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Maureen from TA19 0ET

Not very friendly, in fact very very rude. We did not receive confirmation of email delivery. Delivery was days late. When I asked where are delivery was. I was informed that it was sent days ago. I am truly insulted. When questioned about their system and late delivery: This was the reply:-

Yes, it was sent out First Class as expected, but we are not in control of the entire Royal Mail postal system, and delays can occur in that system, as you well know. And therefore your item is in the process of being delivered by Royal Mail.
With respect, whether you are an IT consultant or a Geologist does not change the fact that an email was sent to you successfully as detailed below.
So, whilst I appreciate your frustration that the item has not arrived, despite your paranoia that we've done something wrong or ineptly, we have done everything that we promise to do in terms of despatch time and so on.
As a gesture of goodwill I am sending you another piece of rubber in any case.

Ordered greenhouse spares late on Tuesday night - delivery arrived on Thursday morning. The large panels were securely and carefully packed and arrived in perfect condition.
Excellent service - I would not hesitate to use this company again!

The panels I ordered were delivered the next day, exactly as promised. Greenhouse now has its new roof, and I am very pleased.
