We recently bought a 11pc set
We recently bought a 11pc set, initially the 26cm pan was brilliant, after 3 weeks eggs started to stick to the pan… for the price paid, we did not expect this after such a short time. We cook and clean as per manufacturer guidelines, so pretty disappointing given we paid a premium for “quality” pots and pans.
Terrible
Terrible! I got the green plan Bobby flay and it already is showing burnt marks and scratches. This was not mentioned at all in the descriptions! Poor quality and when I reached out for assistance they said it was my fault and nothing they will do! Will be taking serious actions now. Beware when buying this product! A reason they have a 1.6 rating.
NON STICK? NOT EVEN CLOSE
I bought it in November... it did crepes beautifully. 5 months later, not so much. We cook every day...low to medium/low heat (as per their warranty), clean with a soft brush (per their warranty) and store with a soft cloth between each when stacked in the cupboard. Sadly, they tell me they are "well trained" to know when something falls under their warranty provisions or not, and yet my pans have "burnt on layer" from the pictures I shared. Well, it's not burnt on, because that would indicate high heat, which it wasn't. Any residue is simply from food that gets stuck, even with the low temps we cook at. Truly disappointing we cant find non-stick construction in a safe and non-toxic pan set, which clearly is not to be found in Green Pans
I would not recommend Green Pan ceramic…
I would not recommend Green Pan ceramic pans. After about 5 months of use the pans started to discolor and burn easily. I had to clean with baking soda, vinegar and non abrasive scrubbing pad after I used them. One of the pans’ ceramic facing cracked. Green Pan was no help I remedying this and was even condescending. Not recommended!
Bad quality and no response to customer service
Within 6 months of having a set of pans from Greenspan the non-stick coating is coming off. I have tried to contact the company multiple times with no response with the first email being sent coming up for 2 months ago.
Ignoring all messages about an issue ...
Purchased a full set of pans for my daughter less than a year ago. Two have scratched. She'e emailed the company, twice (no response), she's filled in their online form and STILL no response. There is no telephone number to contact them. I was going to order a full set of pans from them for myself but have been waiting to see the outcome of their response to her. I think I have my answer.
CRAP!!
CRAP!!! I followed every direction and ‘warmed’ the stove…cooked at low to medium heat only….hand washed it in warm soapy water and still tarnished. 12 emails back and forth later with their WORTHLESS warranty they finally said they would replace it (I used it once!) and this is what they said:
Unfortunately, your replacement may not match your existing set. We apologize, but we cannot accept exchanges once your replacement has been delivered.
Once a replacement has been sent, we have fulfilled the warranty. Your replacement pan does not fall under the warranty

I have the single egg green pan with grey exterior. I have used it for years and it is excellent. Not sure about the later models or larger pans but the little ceramic one is fab.
Don’t waste your money. Not non stick at all
Got a whole set to use when we re did the kitchen as a treat. Within 6 months, one of the pans is so sticky that we just don’t use it anymore. Now we don’t use any of the pans from the set. I’ve tried to contact the company about this as it was still under warranty at the time. However they have not responded to any of my emails.. don’t waste your hard earned money like I did

I have been trying to reach the companies customers service. I emailed to discuss a warranty issue and three emails and no response. This company is a scam no way of contacting anyone. I will start money claim online to get this matter resolved.
Disappointing Quality and Poor Customer Service – A Brand I Can No Longer Trust
I purchased the Bobby Flay Stainless Steel cookware set with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. After using the pans for the very first time, I noticed they were already showing signs of damage. I immediately reached out to their customer service, hoping for a resolution, only to be told that they were unable to assist me in any way. It’s incredibly frustrating to see such poor support for a product that’s supposed to be of high quality.
To make matters worse, it seems like both the customer service and the quality of the cookware have significantly declined over time. I used to trust this brand, but it’s clear that the standards have deteriorated. Given my experience, I can no longer recommend purchasing anything from Greenpan cookware line. If you're looking for reliable, durable, and well-supported products, I suggest you look elsewhere."
Skip their pans and pits
My husband and I saved up to switch out our old cookware for what we believed was quality non-stick and safe cookware that would last for years to come. We purchased the set of three frying pans in different sizes and the stock or soup pots in two sizes as well as the cloth you put between the pans. We also purchased the knife block. The pans are garbage. We always used them according to the directions that were provided by greenpan and within a couple months, the non-stick feature wasn't working and we started noticing chips on the enamel. It has been 2 years since we bought the pans and we have been slowly throwing them out because once the enamel is chipped they are no longer safe to cook with. If you are thinking about purchasing pans from this brand, I would do your research and go with a different brand.
These pots and pans for about as good…
These pots and pans for about as good as Rachael Ray's garbage they both stink everything sticks good for the first couple of weeks then I don't know what it is but everything starts to stick and stained and you can't clean the gunk off the bottoms of the pots real crap thanks China
I have the green pan with the white…
I have the green pan with the white coating and the green pan with the gray coat in the one with the gray coating everything sticks to it. It’s horrible. I’m gonna throw it out. I wouldn’t recommend your company for anything, but the white coating does work but your gray coat is horrible
My husband and I chose to purchase…
My husband and I chose to purchase green pans at Costco about a year ago. We chose green pan because of the high reviews found on Consumer Reports. Shortly after we began using our pan, we noticed everything was sticking and we had to use a white magic eraser every time we used it to cook eggs or other simple items. We contacted the green pan company for a refund, but they would not offer that. They only offered a replacement pan along with heavy documentation and photos of the worst pan. We ended up returning the entire set to Costco for a full refund. We do not recommend green pans. They’re horrible.
Chipping enamel
the insert enamel is chipping in 4 places, after only 5 months of using it 10 times. This the Greenpan Elite 8 in one slow cooker. The company REFUSES TO REPLACE THE INSERT. It will just keep chipping, become unsafe and look terrible
Unacceptable Customer Service
My review rating is strictly for their customers service, which is useless. I have been following their return policy of contacting them for a return authorization and they either ignore my emails or reply that they don't accept exchanges and to follow the return policy. Basically they keep me in a loop while my return window of 60 days keeps dwindling. I actually love the products, but the service is horrendous.

I bought a slow cooker and the mode do not work properly...I kept pushing it to go on medium cooking and you are to just touch the mode bottom and It do not work...so I am not ordering anything else from then ever again..the slow cooker is defected.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would! I replaced old pans I had for 15+ yrs with over £300+ of new greenpan. The beautiful colour and the wood handles. Well not long in was the black inside coming away. And I’m forever having to re screw the handles, they are a safety hazard. Not only that but the “non stick” coating has probably been plated up to the whole family through the food. I really need to replace them. This co. Should be shut down… pretty pots and pans on the outside. Does any company actually care about quality anymore? Where’s the pride in the work? I’m now hunting for vintage ones that are built to last!
I purchased a large
I purchased a large, expensive skillet from the goon squad called Green Pan. I do not use the pan very often. Use low eat, correct utensils, etc. Too many chips. Green Pan’s customer service is beyond horrific. Boycott Green Pan.
