Great summer house and brilliant aftercare with lovely staff

We have had a couple of great experiences with Green Retreats. The quality of work is excellent, staff are all very nice to deal with and the overall value for money is very good. I would recommend them without reservation.

Sam was very knowledgeable and took time to understand our situation and the need for the annex. Gave us time to look around after explaining and viewing the Hide etc. Came away with ideas and a booked in surveyor.

Zaynab spent nearly a whole day with my husband, my parents and myself helping to plan an annex. She patiently showed us the green retreat showhome pods and helped plan the annex to the best available space.

Just had the most amazing aftercare service from Green Retreats. I had a garden office installed 9 years ago and had a query about the roof. They jumped on the issue immediately, as if I'd had it installed yesterday, and have resolved the issue speedily and courteously. Cannot recommend this company too highly!

I asked customer services where I could locate a replacement door cap and James very kindly organised for some replacement caps to be sent to me. All the more impressive bearing in mind we had the garden room installed several years ago (and we still love it).

We were looking for advice on the possibility of having a garden office in a property we were looking to buy and the Green Retreats team's help was second to none

We had a fabulous time at Green Retreats. We went with our two kids to look at an outdoor office and what we thought might be a challenging visit trying to assess and review the outbuildings whilst looking after two children was surprisingly easy! The staff there are all so friendly, they helped with our kids who were able to play on the slide and swing outside, have free ice creams, draw pictures on the kids table inside, run around and even watch Peppa pig in the Netflix room whilst we sat down quietly with a cup of tea and scoped out our perfect office!

All of this and we also managed to charge up our car for free during the visit!! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, I would highly recommend to anyone.

From the off the Green Retreats experience was great. I went to visit the showroom in Buckinghamshire which had the model I was looking at in one of the sizes I was considering. To see this not only helped me workout the size but also ideas of how to style it afterwards.

The staff were very knowledgable and extremely helpful. That didn't change when I went through the ordering process, the site visit was great, we ironed out some access issues with the install team ahead of time. I then was looked after by Jessica who was very quick to respond no matter how many questions I asked. Both install teams were so friendly and hard working even in this unbearable heat. They were very careful bringing equipment through the house.

I'm now in the garden office and couldn't be happier. It's such a big undertaking with so many things to consider so to have a company who is there to support you through any ideas or queries you have was incredible. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Thank you so much to the brilliant team of guys for their hard work building our new garden room. We could not fault them - professional through and through. We hardly knew that they were in our garden. We are absolutely thrilled with our retreat and cannot wait to use it. Our experience from the beginning, when we first visited the wonderful showroom, to the end product has been seamless and very professional.

Our new annex has surpassed all expectations. Not only is it a beautiful space flooded with natural light, but the entire experience of working with Green Retreats was fantastic.

We arrived at the Bicester showroom without an appointment. From the moment we parked to the moment we left the service received was excellent. We didn't feel pressured at all. Would highly recommend.

We had a problem with our garden office subsiding which meant the door was difficult to open.

We cannot fault the aftercare offered by Green Retreats and will not hesitate in recommending the product and company to our friends and family.

It was a pleasure to deal with the company and the guys that were on-site when fixing the issue, and we are very happy with our customer experience and the end result.

Fantastic product and great service!

My experience with Garden Retreats has been great from beginning to end. The showroom is fantastic to get inspired and see all of the different options. My kids loved going there as there is plenty for them to explore and we felt very welcomed and supported throughout all the decisions we had to make. Installation was quick and every step of the way clearly communicated. I love my new garden office and the quality of the work is outstanding. Thanks to the team and especially Jessica for guiding us through this.

We have been really happy with our garden office and have had it for about 4 years, but having had issues with the French doors after first getting it installed, in the recent hot weather we find ourselves almost unable to close the door again, and the office now can’t be used. This is especially frustrating as my husband uses the room as a work from home office. Green Retreats say we are outside the 3 year door warranty period, and so there is a 6-8 week wait for a repair we have to pay for.
Honestly for such an expensive item, and given that we use this as an office every day, this approach customer service isn’t really acceptable. Looking here it seems issues with doors are quite common too. I’m very sorry to say that if we knew that the room would become unusable and incur further large expenses within just a few years of purchase, we would probably have gone elsewhere.
We were happy to pay more up front for a high quality product, but this just hasn’t been the case given the problems Green Retreats clearly have with their doors.

Visiting the showroom has been an absolutely great experience. Very professional and prepared staff.

Ordering & Buying: Transparent pricing with zero hidden fees. The quote broke down every detail cleanly, and the deposit and payment milestones were clearly outlined.

If you are considering adding a dedicated workspace or garden room, visiting their showroom is a must. High-quality product, seamless customer service, and absolute value for money. Highly recommended!

I had amazing show room experience. Very knowledgable, helpful, positive, polite, professional. They made great impression on me. No one tried to sell me anything. No one was pushy. They listen and gave advice to meet my expectations or to help me realize what I need by providing a lot of information in very simple way. 5 stars really. I would recomend this place to everybody. Amazing customer service. Great products. Very nice presentation of their products. Great quality. They are expensive, but they don't hide any costs and include a lot in their standard products. Thank you gor this experience. I look forward now for my site consultation.
