I had arranged a planned visit from the technical guys to do some repairs to my garden room.

Fabrice and Pete were excellent in taking down the old fire board cladding that had started to crumble and was breaking away from the supports at the rear of the garden room and replacing it with redwood cladding.

Fabrice also adjusted the sliding doors which had started to become very hard to open.

Barry the electrician also visited to ensure the electrics were made safe for the guys to carry out the repairs and working again once the job had been completed. They were all very friendly and efficient in their work and just got on with the job.

Thank you also to James and Sam from the Customer Care/Aftercare Team who were also very helpful in organising the whole procedure start to finish efficiently.

After service very good: My garden room/pool house was installed a few years ago and I’m very pleased with it. Recently some small problems arose with the doors. The aftercare team were very responsive in arranging a visit to fix the problems. The team who attended did a great job and were a pleasure to deal with.

We have had a garden room for 12+ years and have been extremely happy with the building. We needed the sliding doors realigned. From contact with customer services, an initial survey to the work of the base, floor and door teams I cannot thank them enough for their professional work. Great group of skilled people.

Would especially like to thank the door team who had crazy heat in central London to deal with - really appreciate your attention to detail and professionalism in the stifling heat.

Excellent experience from the start. The staff at our showroom visit were very helpful and answered our many questions. The installation was extremely well organized and the team were professional and efficient. We had some minor issues with the tidiness of the electricians (who I believe are third-party contractors anyway) but they were also happy to adapt to some uncertainty around where to pull electricity from on the day so we are ultimately still very happy with the result.

Bottom line, we're thrilled with our garden room. Particular thanks to Tori and Jessica for answering our many questions and keeping us informed through the process.

We have only recently agreed the sale with Green Retreats, but our experience so far has been excellent. We were guided through all the available options and given a clear understanding of the process and expected timelines.

Our salesperson, whose name I unfortunately cannot recall, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Every question was answered clearly, and nothing seemed too much trouble.

I can't recommend Green Retreats highly enough — from start to finish, the whole experience was excellent.

A special mention has to go to Sogna, who was attentive, thorough and always on hand to answer any questions we had, often getting back to us very promptly. Her guidance made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.

The installation crews were fantastic too — hardworking, friendly and genuinely respectful of our home and garden throughout the build. Nothing was too much trouble, and they left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day.

All in all, a great experience end to end, and we're absolutely delighted with our new garden room. Highly recommended!

Absolutely brilliant customer service from start to completion. From the day we visited the showroom through site survey all the way to our Garden Room being complete, the service we received was exemplary and we are thrilled with the result.

Excellent after-care.

After five years of direct sun and seasonal adjustments, some of the flexible hinge covers fractured and broke. Contacted Green Retreats asking where I could source replacements to protect the hinge barrels, expecting it to be a commercial proposition, but they simply popped a whole set in the post free of charge.

Five years in and still very happy with our investment in a garden room.

Did a great job building and decorating the new garden room. A couple of short delays on interior fittings were the only small negative in the experience. Sogna did an excellent job coordinating everything.

We have had our studio from Green Retreats for around 10 years, and it has been one of the best investments we’ve ever made.
Recently, we needed their help to resolve an issue, and the entire team was absolutely five-star. I can’t thank them enough for the way they handled everything. They went above and beyond to address the problem and left everything looking and working as good as new.
The studio is an amazing space that the whole family uses. It has adapted perfectly to our changing needs over the years and has become an invaluable part of our home. Not only is it incredibly practical, but it also looks beautiful in the garden and has genuinely enhanced both our lifestyle and our property.

I am delighted with Green Retreats' supply, installation and commissioning of my garden office and storage. I can confirm that the professionalism and skill sets demonstrated on this project were second to none.
From the initial inception of the project on the computer screen at the Twickenham office, to the surveyors measuring up and then sorting out planning permission, this was an immense task and took over 12 months to complete. I was impressed by the team sent to dig the foundations and ensure the floor was 100% flat, and by the team installing the prefabricated sections on site, which took over 5 days to complete. This was followed by plastering, painting and finally the electrics. The electricians deserve a special thanks for resolving the electrical issues with UK Power Networks and the subsequent earthing of the consumer unit, which passed with flying colours.

I would not hesitate to recommend Green Retreats to anyone looking for genuine end-to-end project management, with sign-off at each stage to ensure customer satisfaction.
