A request for advice on their products
I requested advice on an issue to do with my wooden floor, so that I could buy the right product.
One of the staff called Richard was extremely helpful and spent as much time as I needed to explain and discuss. After we’d spoken he sent a follow up email as I am not great at remembering things.
So I’m very happy with the Company and Richard.

The reason I rated you 2 stars was down to the delivery.
The reason I rated you 2 stars was totally down to the delivery by the Royal Mail. After 5 days of wondering when it would come, we found it on the front door step. We were in all day and the front doorbell wasn’t even rung. You sensibly put directions below our address but they were totally ignored. You might consider using a more reliable method of delivery, including tracking, some are better than others and they all have a tight schedule, but this instance just wasn’t good enough.
