I was sent an email saying the product was shipped. However, the FedEx tracking did not work and I had no idea where the product was located. When I finally received the product one of the banana clips was broken. Seems like this should have been caught in the QC/QA process. So I haven't even tried the product yet however, it is not going well. The other issue, I have is their lack of a phone number to contact them. Just an email.
