When looking for a Hilux lift kit, I decided on a Pro Comp 3” lift. Other vendors listed it between £700-£900, but not in stock. Greggsons price £1295!!! But in stock. So I ordered and payed for it based on info in the website as there was no phone contact number to confirm availability. Despite clicking card payment method, everything reverted back to PayPal. So, payed via PayPal and the money left my account. The next day, surprise surprise, and email to say they never actually had the item. Despite the payment going from my account instantly, my refund evidently takes 7 days!!!???
Not impressed. Start to finish, terrible experience. Never again 😡
