I'd say this is ok to try, but not something I'd buy regularly. The flavour is ok. Didn't agree with my guts. Recommend the bars instead.

This is a really good spread. It is about the same calories as similar supermarket products but has higher protein content and lower sugars. It's not a good alternative if you are only tracking calories but it is better for macros
