The install was fine but after service…

The install was fine but after service terrible. I'm trying to get the refunds promised but not had a penny. Vat and aid.
So when will I receive the money below please. Is that what the company are doing?

Starting price: 22 900€ (delivered, installed)

To this, it will be necessary to deduct :

- The aid for self-consumption in the amount of 2 280€.

- A recovery of VAT in the amount of
3 816,67€.

Effectivement, il faut environ 1an afin de récuperer les aides sur votre installation. Mais ce délais dépend également d'organisme extérieur qui ont leur propre délais de traitement et votre réactivité pour nous transmettre les informations.
