Bad experience over 2 years — would not recommend this agency at all.

I had a very bad experience with this company for the past two years when my ex-husband was selling the house. They never listened to me, even when I sent them letters from my solicitor about the sale. They kept saying “we want to help you” — but I received no help at all.

Several times, their agents left the front door open and unlocked, and once they even locked my cat in a room when I was away — even though I had specifically asked them not to close the room doors. Very careless and unprofessional.

In the end, they were very polite to the buyer (who didn’t even have a mortgage approved at first and I wasn’t informed), while I told them that as a single mother I had nowhere else to go. Instead of helping or giving me time, they pressured me heavily to leave the house. I fought as much as I could, but they didn’t care that the buyer broke their promises — the agency only wanted to get their money quickly and push me and my child out onto the street.
This is honestly the worst company I have dealt with — unprofessional, no empathy, only after their profit. Would not recommend to anyone.

Not your " friendly" local estate agent at all !! Today one of their staff parked his car right outside my front door in a way that prevented me and others local residents/ businesses to freely access our own properties. When asked to be more considerate of "others" he completely lost the plot!
He would not admit he was in the wrong! Worst, his fake welcoming mask disappeared to be replace by a smirk smile and a very dismissive gesture!
Then he started being rude, arrogant and questioning my right to freely have access to my property!! As well as follow me 10 minutes later by trespassing into "my private building", forcing his way in, to have a go at me!
What this man failed to realised is that his negative and threatening behaviour reflect on Griffin! Hence me writing this review!
Is Griffin company ethos to employed staff who are : Bully ! Physically Aggressive toward woman ! Ill mannered ! 🤔 ?
All he had to do was apologize and understand he was making a nuisance of himself ! I would definitely not use them to sell or rent of my properties! What they should do is used the public car park. Until then they are the Neighbour from hell !
