Agree a quote and then he’s uncontactable!
After receiving and agreeing a quote for work to be carried out from the company “Grills Restoration and Refurbishment Ltd”. 6 months had gone past where he initially, (now I realised was fobbing me off), saying “I’ll speak to you next week, or we’ve got a meeting on Thursday so I’ll book you in then.” Clearly this wasn’t the case. After weekly phone calls and emails to try and speak with Anthony/Ant, where he replied in the beginning, before going off radar and not even having the decency to return calls or emails. Since then I’ve done my homework and spoken to several general builders who have all pretty much said the same, that he takes work on and doesn’t have the workforce to carry out the work. I wish I knew this in the first place as I’ve wasted 6 months, do yourselves a favour and give Grills restoration and refurbishments a
very wide berth if you want work completing.
