Delicious oat iced coffee. I have tried a few different brands and this comes out top. Delivery was impressive, ordered one day got the next day. I will be returning for more, thank you.

I love that Grind uses capsules made from plants - better for our health and the environment. The coffee is tasty and delivery was quick. Very happy!

I've been a customer for a while, and this month I forgot to cancel my subscription. I contacted support before the order was dispatched, explained that I'm moving and already have plenty of coffee, and asked if they could cancel it or offer a goodwill discount. They refused both. Really disappointing customer service and no flexibility at all.

No matter how I tried the code came up as invalid
I emailed several times and didn’t receive any response
This isn’t the company I had been used to over the years! Has Grind been bought out ?
So Grind have responded ! I did not and have not received any previous responses to my emails and yes I checked my junk I initially tried to use the voucher to reset a subscription and the voucher was not accepted therefore I remain very dissatisfied

I haven’t even received it yet & I’m being asked to review it. Maybe you could get hold of evri and ask them where it is.

Easy to order, good choice of coffee, speedy delivery

Customer service was brillient as had question about my order. Coffee and pokemon tins arrived really quick. Coffee tastes amazing only downside was one tim was slightly dented on arrival but easily poped out back into shape. Will definatily be ordering more

Lovely decaf instant coffee - the best we've ever tasted! Quick delivery too.

It was very easy to order 3 flavours of coffee pods. The free tin was also an added bonus. The only disappointment was that I did not enjoy the honey nut limited edition flavour I had not tried before.

I have acid reflux and I heard cold brew coffee is less acidic, plus I much prefer cold drinks. The cold brew starter set had everything I needed and it is very easy to use. Also, very stylish and the coffee is delicious. Wish I had bought this years ago!

Disappointed that these pods don’t work properly with my nespresso citiz machine even though it says online that they’re nespresso compatible. I ordered 4 boxes of house blend and 2 decaf boxes. The decaf pods work well and don’t leave loads of coffee bits in my mug but the house blend I always have issues with. If it’s not leaving loads of coffee bits in my mug, it’s spitting water and coffee bits right out the top of my machine. I’ve tried everything to stop it from happening like flushing and cleaning my machine and pushing the pods down to sit properly in the machine but it keeps happening. The house blend pods look faulty as the paper is off centre on all the pods i’ve purchased but on the decaf pods they’re all centred.

Great product. Delicious coffee but also such a good quality tote bag - which is quite unusual! The service was excellent - the items arrived quickly and customer services couldn’t have been more helpful Thank you.

The parcel was very well packed using recyclable materials, with no unnecessary packaging waste, which I really appreciated.
However, it would be great to receive more updates on the progress of my order, particularly when it has been dispatched. At the moment, I can only see when the order was placed, and then I receive a notification on the day of delivery that it is arriving. I would appreciate an additional update in between to confirm that the parcel has been dispatched and is on its way.

Delivered promptly. Thank goodness, I'd nearly run out!
