Had an Issue Initially - resolved now
Delivery turned up late, no issue, things happen, couriers get delayed etc my issue is, I sent an email asking for my (extortionate) £8.99 express delivery charge to be refunded, I didn't even get a reply nevermind a refund.
Quality of the item is good but is it really that hard to reply to an email and refund somebody for a service they didn't receive?
EDIT - Got a response from Grindstore (Lee), got an apology for the poor communication and refund actioned. 3* is fair as it took 2 weeks and an initial 1* review for someone to get back to me.
