Great price, lightning fast dispatch
I ordered a replacement wheel after I got doored and my front wheel was bent into the kerb. A quick Google search found Gritstone’s price to be £20 cheaper than everywhere else. I hadn’t heard of Gritstone but thought it worth a go.
I placed my order at 07.41 and at 10.55 I received dispatch confirmation! 48 hrs later the wheel arrived, very carefully wrapped up and well protected for transit and in pristine condition. I was able to be back on my commuting bike in time for riding out to Surrey for a residential work weekend which was really helpful.
Based on this experience I would highly recommend Gritstone Cycles.

Very bad experience of buying from this company they took money but never delivered item, if its hrms delivery company falt that's not my isemy issue is that I paid to a company for an item promised me to deliver in certain time period, that I didn't receive, I didn't choose herms for delivery the seller chose herms to deliver item to me, I send messages more than twice on ebay and in reply to tracking item but nobody reply me nor delivered item that make me loses of work shifts and waist of time so many days walking towards jobs because Im waiting for tyre I bought from you, when ever I try to contact you ebay reply me thanks for update and no result after that, now I understand why amazon is better

Avoid - don’t recommend using this company
Update - this has been resolved by Gritstone
Avoid - will not use again. Tried to order item via website however it was unresponsive so purchased item via eBay store. Ended up with 2 of the same. Contacted customer service and they sent me a return label and posted back. Confirmation gritstone have received my item unopened in original package over 3 weeks ago, I have emailed multiple times to get my money back and no response.
Taking further action.
