I ordered on April 3rd and received a message that I will have my denim dress between April 10th -14th. I have not received it. Emails were sent back and forth saying that due to high productivity my order was skipped over somehow. Unacceptable! I was the assured that a new order will be expedited. Now I may not have the dress I wanted to wear for my 50th birthday dinner.

Great at responding. Still waiting for item ordered. The time its taking is unacceptable. At this point what’s the point as I didn’t get the dress for the event I needed it for. Based on reviews I don’t expect much if it ever arrives

I will NEVER order from this business ever again. She always posting nice things but her business acumen is piss poor. She will literally assure you that items will ship within a certain time frame knowing that a shipping label hasn't been created in the first place. Just like black owned shouldn't cost less, the quality of the service and product shouldn't be less either!!

I made a purchase in December and only received partial of my items. I have sent several emails and they responded back in January with a fake tracking number. Since, then I have not received any response back from Gritty. I have requested a refund and have gotten no satisfaction from this company.

I am writing to express serious concern regarding my order placed on January 17, 2026, for the Foxy Roxy Zip Jumpsuit (Size Large, Color Red), totaling $76.99. Your estimated delivery window was January 24–31, yet my order remains unshipped and I have not received any tracking information.

Despite multiple email updates stating that my order was “processing” and would ship within a few business days, it is now well past the promised 4–7 business day window. I reached out to your support team and received generic responses that did not resolve the issue or provide a clear timeline.

After this delay, I researched your company further and discovered a troubling pattern: Gritty Soul has a high volume of negative customer reviews and complaints, many citing unfulfilled orders, extremely long shipping delays, and a lack of customer service response. This has raised serious concerns about your business practices and reliability.

This company is a complete rip off. They won't return emails. They won't give money back on returned items. And they sell items that are not in stock. THEY OWE ME MONEY NOW AND NO ONE WILL RESPONED TO MY EMAILS!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM GRITTY SOUL! They have a F rating with the BBB

Update from last post! Gritty Soul made it right! They updated my gift card that I wasn't able to use and gave me an additional $5.00 for the inconvenience!
As I stated before, I use to order from them and had no problems! After my 3rd attempt trying to get a reply about my unused gift card, they corrected the issue. I extremely appreciate the effort and recognizing the problem and taking accountability!! Now back to ordering from GRITTY SOUL!! Thanks again!!!

This lady and company took my money. Why is there still a website up for her to continue to steal peoples money? To lavish her lifestyle. Her page should be banned on all platforms. I have sent messages but of course…nothing. And you can’t leave a comment under any post. THIS NEEDS TO STOP IMMEDIATELY.

I have been a customer since day one! There has always been one problem or another. I remember ordering the purse made from an album and she had to cancel the order, never found out why. I did get my money back. I continued to order from them because they have the best jeans. However, once their stores popularity grew, they weren’t able to keep up with the demand and only wanted to give credit. I stopped ordering for 2 years. I did continue to watch her store and saw the changes they went through. Now it looks like she is using AI models and updated the website. I thought I would give them another try, because they do have some interesting jeans. I recently ordered two pairs of jeans. I received one pair and not the other pair. When I tried to communicate with them, they had an AI bot answering their emails! I eventually reported them to PayPal and they got my full refund back. Just the other day I got an email apologizing. The email said they have recently faced some “internal challenges including staffing shortages” which is no excuse. I’m never ordering from them again.

My order was placed on 10/24; I have tried several times to update my shipping address, and I haven't received any response. Very disappointed.

I placed an order and it was cancelled. Im still waiting on my refund. I will be contacting my bank and reporting this as FRAUD! Gritty Soul, please see my emails @Bianca Jones!!

Ordered items and never received them!!! It said delivered!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY. STARTING TO LOOK LIKE A SCAM COMPANY!CLOTHES BEGIN TOO LOOK HORRIBLE.

Poor customer service!! I ordered two items the first item shipped was not what I ordered. Their first response was to send me a RA to return the wrong outfit that was delivered. No empathy at all until I sent the second email asking for status. They apologized then but I still haven’t received my order yet! They couldn’t ship out their orders out in 2-3 days from GA, which is a 5 1/2 drive and it’s been over 3 weeks if not more with no merchandise. I’m not ordering from them again the order was placed August 6 this month will be over in a couple of days.

Ordered in June 2025, item never delivered. Found address is fake. Company won’t respond. Disputed with bank. Beware! I’m also going to contact Georgia Attorney General in reference to this matter…I received an email stating that label created and date pending. USPS was waiting for arrival…so we will see
Update 7/31/25: My jumpsuit finally arrived Monday, July 28th…it is cheap material, very thin and the lining does not fall throughout the length of the pants. It stops right in the upper thighs. I’m wearing it tomorrow, 8/1 for training class and I have to walk 2 blocks to get to the bldg. I hope and pray it holds up to some form of value.

The customer service at this company is horrible. If I could give less than 1-star I would. I placed an order on May 9, 2025. Two items of 3 arrived in fair time. However, I just received the 3rd item yesterday, July 17, 2025. Between the time I received the partial order and finally received the last item I sent several messages inquiring about the missing item. In 10 weeks I never got a direct response to my inquiries. The messages that WERE sent were general and said that there were shipping delays promising that orders would sent "soon" but that never happened. One message said that the item would be sent the following week...didn't happen. Another message said that I would receive a message regarding my specific order within 24 hours,,,that never happened. I'd had a similar experience before but tried to give it another chance because I understand that things happen. That was a HUGE mistake on my part. All the while I was waiting for my item I was receiving promotion text messages and emails. How about stop taking orders until the orders already placed can be filled in a timely manner. If you have an online business you have to have staff strictly dedicated to just responding to emails, dm's and any other communications. I will NEVER EVER buy from them again and discourage anyone else from doing so. It's not worth the hassle. "Gritty Soul" clothing isn't a brand. All of the clothes have other brand names. So really, they are just a retailer like Macy's, for example. Except other retailers know how to treat paying customers. I'll stop here...and I won't even discuss the price/quality value.

I ordered a jumpsuit on May 16 with a delivery window of 4 days and I just received it today 14 days later! It definitely does not look like what’s in the picture! Cheap material and the zipper barely goes up! It’s so sad I don’t want to even return it for a store credit! Tries to support a black business but this was very misleading
