Ordered a pair of Dovo Beard Scissors and received confirmation that the order was processed but it has never been received. Most merchants follow up with confirmation that your ordered has shipped. This never happened and when I contacted them there was no reply. A claim has now been filed against them with my credit card provider.
I should have sought out the reviews posted on Trustpilot before ordering as it shows this as business as usual for them. My advice is to avoid.

Ordered Dovo straight razor. Received nothing. No communication. Looks like it's a scam from the other reviews. Requesting a refund. Avoid.

Fraudulent site - same issues as everyone else.
Ordered, paid and then received nothing.
Emails unanswered, tel no seemed to be of another unrelated company and address is unspecified unit of a busy industrial estate - with no company of the same name.
My bank is raising as a fraudulent payment dispute to recover funds.

I wish that I had searched for the information about this website, before I placed my order.

Unfortunately same story as other reviews. Ordered a couple of items on the website on the 03/01/24. No confirmation received regarding my order.
I have messaged them 3 times via their website with no response, also tried calling them on the contact number provided and which is constantly engaged. I have also sent several messages via email to the email provided on their fraudulent site, and haven't received any acknowledgment or response.

Avoid at all costs!!!!! Have reported to HSBC who are dealing with this as merchant fraud.

Made a purchase on the 23rd of Nov 2023, no contact whatsoever until I emailed them on the 29th of Nov and then again on the 3rd of Dec - no response.

Then contacted them via the website on the 5th and received a response from a "Lee" who said they would get back to me after contacting their supplier. He never did and then i followed up and they never responded.

Have now reported as merchant fraud to American Express.

Same story - no delivery and no contact. Been a while since I was burnt with an internet purchase. Next time, I will remember to check trustpilot before ordering from a new site.

Places an order over a month later and despite two emails chasing it up I’ve not received my package or any response from the company. If it’s real it’s shocking service. I now Belice it to be fake.

SCAM - I placed an order, they took my money and I never heard from them again. They don't reply to emails or answer the phone. Their address is a virtual office. They appear to be actively hiding all real details of their business online.

I placed an order on 8th July and after hearing nothing for over a week contacted the business. Basically they were trying to source the products I had purchased, I waited and contacted them for an update but had no further response.

I contacted my CC company who credit back the purchase amount. I can also see that some of the reviews on this page are not legitimate - I would avoid if you just want a pleasant online experience.

In this day and age with so many online businesses, not sure how long this one can survive.

Great prices compared to other websites. Were kind enough to let me know about out of stock items and quickly issued a refund for items.

Ordered a couple of products, service was excellent, quick delivery and kept up to date with order. One of the products was hard to get hold of I had only seen it available on one other site which was lot more expensive so was very pleased when these guys could get it. Son was very happy with the products.

Despite Royal Mail strikes my package arrived on time - no mean feat for anyone right now!
Good service and good prices, what's not to like :-)

Smooth transaction despatched and received in good time and gave me a discount code to use next time,will return!
