Wonderful service!

I love the text messages that let me know that the groomer is coming. Both Aline and Jinny have been wonderful with our Corgy. We have had bad experiences with groomers and so far we have been very happy. We also love the convenience of having the van across our street
We only use Groomit now.

It was terrible.

It was terrible.

I was interested at first, so I made a reservation in advance for 5/16 at 11:00 and waited for Groomit. However, an hour ago, Groomit texted me saying that 1:00 was available and asked me to change the time. I was upset, but I changed the time to 1:00. But I got a text right away saying that they couldn't come and that they said that I should make cancel. The company didn't take any action and I didn't get any compensation for wasting my day. This is the first time I've ever worked at a company like this. I wonder how a company that doesn't keep to the time and is so messy can do well.

Not worthy of even one star

Not worthy of even one star. Terrible experience. Booked appointment, text exchanges with "groomer" - never showed up. Finally canceled appointment. Have still not been refunded monies 3 days after debacle. Would never even consider using them again.

Services weren’t fulfilled

Yesterday, May 7th, my 100lb Great Dane had an appointment to be groomed via their mobile van service. I booked the silver package & also added on the health bundle & deshedding. Altogether this includes nine services: a full bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, blow dry, dry brush out, gland expression, teeth brushing, paw balm, and removing undercoat and loose hair. It was $256.61 before tip.

According to their website, a grooming appointment averages 1-3 hours, depending on pet’s size and selected services. From the time my dog went into the van to the time she was at my front door again was approximately 29 minutes TOTAL (we have cameras with time stamps to verify), for a 100 pound Great Dane to receive 9 different services. The groomer put in the app that he was there from 5:30-6:30, which wasn’t true.

When she was brought back to our door, she was very wet. Her paws and back looked visibly dirty. She wasn’t blown out and didn’t receive the dry brush or deshedding. Her teeth weren’t brushed and glands weren’t done. Her paws were very dirty as well which led us to believe she didn’t get the paw balm either. We wiped her with two wipes right after and they were filthy. (Pictured.) The one service that was “done” (a full bath) was done poorly. I reached out to her usual groomer and they agreed- properly grooming & fulfilling all services on a 100lb dog in 29 minutes is unheard of.

After reaching out they argued that all services were completed in 29 minutes. They credited $100 to my Groomit account but I’d let them know I would not be using them again. No integrity. I am filing a dispute with my bank and a complaint with the BBB. I do not recommend hiring a company that doesn’t hold their contractors accountable. So disappointing.

If you are in the Glendale/Phoenix area…

If you are in the Glendale/Phoenix area in Arizona please never book them for cat grooming. The only groomer in the area is Lisa E. and after paying extra for a package that allowed me to book early she cancelled ten minutes before the first appointment and did not respond to any messages afterwards. After rebooking for two days later through their support service, she then never showed up to the appointment and again did not respond to any messages. I had to go through their support once again and they could not get ahold of her either. 10/10 awful experience that I missed two days of work for. Thanks, Lisa E.

Worst first experience ever

Worst first experience ever! Never again...Robert was rude and unprofessional...all he did was bathe and didn't even cut nails. My dog smelled even after bath. He said he would spend about an hour to an hour and half, which is impossible because he needed a good cut as well. After roughly 55 minutes he calls me and says that my pup was nipping at him so I asked him to use a muzzle. He said he didn't have one. Totally unprepared. He got extremely angry and would talk over me screaming and yelling that he had another appointment. So then I asked? Which story is it? The one that you didn't come prepared to finish the job or that you are in a rush to leave to your other appointment? He yelled and said come and get your darn dog...side note ~ he was in front of my house stalking me for over 12 minutes yelling and screaming and recording me. Mind you he said he was in a rush to his other victim. As I prepares to leave my house preoared a sandwich for my son before I picked him up from school I drove 2 blocks and his van was there while he was texting someone. By the way he canceled my appointment and charged me over 139 bucks for just a Bath and brush. Despicable. Contacted company and they supported his behavior. I'm disputing the charges because although they said they would charge 139 they charged the entire thing. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMOANY THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS
