I wish I had checked reviews on here. Company will not refund for non delivery of an item. Courier lost the item the track says “In Transit” and Evri even said it was lost.
Groove.lands knows all this but will not refund unless they get the item back.
They now ignore all my emails.
Awful business - avoid at all costs!

Avoid!!! Think this is a scam company! Received a faulty item which grooves.land insisted I had to return to Germany, pay for return postage to be reimbursed later on. Grooves.land then did not accept delivery of the return and I am still waiting for my refund and reimbursement of return postage.

Thieves sent rig back for warranty never saw it again

Appalling company.

Provide no tracking for orders.

Goods either not dispatched or not delivered.

Avoid - they are thieves.

Although a lot of people complained about the long delivery times, if you wait you actually get quite a good deal. I bought a gpu for 530 pounds (which at the time went from around 650) and it arrived around 3 weeks after placing the order, tested everything seems fine a really good discount, right? well the one problem is that the people didn't seem to mention that there were fees like Custom Fees which on Christmas Eve when I woke to check on the parcel status, displayed to me that I needed to pay 140 pounds worth of customs fees.

Overall, I wouldn't fully recommend but if you can wait then give it a go ahead.

Ordered on 3/12 as a Christmas gift! Have emailed, several times no answer!
No answer and no delivery 30/12!

Ordered the Beatles Anthology on the 3rd of December plenty time for Christmas never heard anything or tracking info
Today December 23rd still not received it and this lot are no help Unfortunatly this is a theme reading other reviews i will be avoiding them in future i strongly advise you do the same they are awfull

Ordered album on 16th November, never shipped, no contact from seller. Appears they don't even have the item in stock. Opened Paypal claim to obtain a refund.
Suggest don't use this company.

Ordered on November 17th 2025. Then it kept getting pushed back every few days to warehouse processing. Finally it's December 18th and still being sent to warehouse.

Contacted support and the claim it's being processed and will be shipped out asap. So now I finally sent a message to cancel my order. They said it will be cancelled and credited, but will have to check my credit card for that refund.

Overall I wouldn't trust that you'll get your order. Don't think they have what they claim in stock. They might be some drop shipper that gets items from other sellers and upsells items if they can find it again. I never got my order shipped and it's been 30 days of processing.

Had taken nearly 3 weeks so far and now got hit with import charges and handling charges! This is a con and the company fraudulent.

Horrendous experience. I ordered an album on 2nd Nov for a Christmas present, it stated it would take 12-18 working days to dispatch- thats fine with me.

Around 3 weeks later I ask for an update. They say theres an issue with their dispatcher, that's also fine with me, as it's still a long time until Christmas.

It has now been a total of 38 DAYS and this company comes with excuse after excuse.

They even told me that they would send me a refund due to their inability to ship my order. I check the item on their website and it says it's in stock.

LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS IS NOT A GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE.

Not only that, but no sign of a refund either, and they are ignoring my attempts to reach out.

Horrible experience.
SCAMMING AND LYING COMPANY.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Overall, it's a good place to order Music. The prices are cheaper than most other shops, that's why I keep buying from them. The only minor setbacks are the delivery time and the impossibility to track down your order. I'll definitely keep buying from them anyways.

slow delivery to UK and i had to pay for customs so end up paying more then UK suppliers

Delivery took weeks to arrive, we had to use a 3rd party app to track it until it got to the UK, additional import tax had to be paid including admin fees by the delivery company making this more expensive than buying within the UK. Theres proably some small print warning about this but we didnt see it. I wouldn’t use the company againg for a purchase to the UK

It has been more than a month since I have purchased a record and I am still waiting for it. They say they do not have it yet, despite they have charged me for it.
