I want to give them zero stars because…

I want to give them zero stars because on top the fine they charge you £1.50 admin fee or you phone a premium rate and don’t have to pay admin charge instead pay for the premium no, they are already making money by issuing the fine and than taking the mickey with their £1.50 admin charge / premium no charges, seriously,I admit parking charges, but you guys adding insult to injury.👎🏼

DO NOT BIN YOUR PAYMENT TICKET.....I parked at the hospital, cameras register you arriving and leaving. Upon leaving I entered my car registration to get charge for the time I'd parked and payment due. It found my car and I paid the charge and received my receipt/ticket. 3 weeks later I receive a fine, saying they cannot find a record of payment. I appeal the fine with a shot of the ticket and some days later I receive an email saying the fine has been cancelled...no apology though. I am wondering if they randomly chance their luck that 3 weeks later you have binned the ticket. Luckily for me I hadn't.

I have previously written about this ripping off company in trust pilot about their scams and unethical practices by groupnexus, but I don’t know why it’s been removed by trust pilot? I have paid for my tickets which is £4.00 for the whole day at Shrewsbury hospital but yet they still charged me for £30.00 plus £1.50 on line charge payment, why? Because they lied about me been parking at staff1 parking area which is untrue, I appealed their PCN and I asked them for the pictures showing that I have parked at their alleged location but they didn’t comply after they rejected my appeal earlier, they’re scumbags

Useless waste of time

This app simply does not work. You fill in the details and then it errors the vehicle make despite the fact that you’ve entered it correctly. It’s a complete waste of time and whoever authorised this app should be sacked

Dudley NHS trust car parks are always…

Dudley NHS trust car parks are always having problems with the ANP side of things from the parking kiosk machines being down. I appealed my parking fine to no avail, reluctantly I’m now having to pay my fine plus the £1.50 surcharge which takes the piss. The company are are much use a Gary Glitters dribble stains on a bar floor in Thailand

Horrendous thieving opportunists

Horrendous thieving opportunists - paid for parking but had to park 5cm outside bay lines due to other cars poor parking. I was fined £100 for parking poorly. Contested as the fault was not mine - was told if there wasn’t acceptable space I should have chosen to park elsewhere. Unbelievable bunch of crooks.

Daughter received a fine for parking at…

Daughter received a fine for parking at Fallowfield Gym. Machine inside the gym to register registration was glitching, causing a queue for gym goers. Daughter had a gentleman come to help her as kept glitching. Eventually it showed her vehicle which she accepted & it was confirmed on screen - accepted.
Received fine, which we appealed along with evidence of timings at the gym. Told :6 days max for answer in writing. Heard nothing back until a further reminder arrived. Tried to appeal but kept saying appeal already in progress. So assumed there was delay and continued to wait for a reply. Nothing & then another letter arrived stating we now owed £170. We wrote a letter to their PO Box address getting no response on 11th Nov.
Yesterday 11th Dec we received a letter from a debt collection agency dated 4th Dec saying we had 14 days to pay £170 or court proceedings would commence! So we have until Monday to pay! Called the debt company to be told nothing to do with nexus now as passed them & either pay or court. Furious beyond words, they have not adhered to any of their rules stipulated, ignored our appeal, letter and yet, we are cornered to pay up! So wrong! But our daughter is a uni physio student and cannot afford a ccj against her name,even through no fault of her own. The machine since then has been out of order and still is now!
Feel we have no option but to pay to protect daughter but bloody hate being taken for a ride - these thieves need to be stopped exploiting people who have done nothing wrong! 😡🤬
We will be complaining at all levels, not that it will get us anywhere but feel we need to get it out there about these scumbags!

PCN received for alleged parking on…

PCN received for alleged parking on private land, whilst visiting said private land. I was visiting the establishment of the owners of the land. NEVER received a PCN until the reminder letter was sent a month later. Date of issue 01/12/25. Received letter on 12/12/25. It clearly says that "we offered to accept a reduced amount if paid within 14 days" but how can I pay the reduced amount if I never got sent the initial PCN

Sent me a bailiff letter for a parking…

Sent me a bailiff letter for a parking overstay at Odeon Milton Keynes, didn’t get any of their previous correspondence as my dvla record was being updated. Refused to forward me any of this correspondence to my current address and said I’m now out of date to appeal the charge. Didn’t give me a ticket on the day & ive never seen their « evidence « . Scum.

There is no zero star

There is no zero star. Their machine doesn't work properly at Halton general hospital at WA7. But they send parking challan. They are quick to reject genuine appeal. Money making strategy at best . Reject these companies.

False accusations and mis leading

Sent me a penalty charge notice to pay £54 for West gate surface car park, Basildon Essex. I clearly had paid on the machine & had a bank statement to prove it. Sent off the evidence and heard nothing back from these highly unethical and unprofessional company.

Vultures…plain & simple

Lowest of the low
Prey on the ill,simple as that,

Disgusting and shameful.

Disgusting and shameful.
Rushing my sick baby to a and e and apparently parked in staff car park. There were no barriers and in the pitch black and the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital being a building site it was very hard to navigate. Paid for parking then got sent Nexus letter with fine! Appeal rejected no compassion. My baby was having trouble breathing for God's sake.

That is something no where in the world…

That is something no where in the world can happen I went in George Eliot Hospital for emergency care with my little daughter and I got fine for it I sent 3 emails explaining that I went there because it was emergency my little one had serious issues and like every parent I was worried and park as close as possible to the emergency room because of that pay the fine was they answer Private land you have pay £60 that’s it it’s like I went there to have a coffee or shopping I don’t know what they think I did there

Scammers

So they mislead with their signs, allow you to pay for the parking, send you a fine, then charge £1.50 for their admin. How is this firm allowed to continue to do this.
