Robbing the public in broad daylight

Of course this company only has one star. I was parked in a tiny car park in a little village where I stayed for one minute longer than I should have and was charged £100. For being one minute over. Bearing in mind it was busy and I had wait in line to leave the car park. Total injustice. I wish this company could be fined themselves for their injustice.

Shameful

My 8 year old son is on crutches with a broken foot after a traumatic accident. I took him to a restaurant to cheer him up and (mistakenly) assumed I could use a disabled bay due to his restricted mobility. There were plenty of disabled bays available whilst we were parked and we were there less than one hour. I received a PCN and appealed explaining the error and exceptional circumstances, that my child is temporarily of restricted mobility, in pain and traumatised. The appeal had been rejected. Shocked is an understatement. That a company would capitalise on this is disgusting.

Day light scam!!! Avoid Avoid

I parked car at Woodgreen east (Mall), I paid at the machine as requested (Correctly entered my car registration) Payment gone through straight away from my bank but I didn't receive any confirmation msg, so to make sure I entered my registration again it stating that, I have paid the ticket, I took photo for the proof of it. After 2 weeks I received penalty ticket. I applead with all the evedince and they rejected my appleal, stating for the keying error which is total nonsance and asked me to pay reduced £ 20. Pls avoid this scam company try to park somewhere else.

Vile disgusting company

Vile disgusting company, I am a cancer patient. I parked in a recognised car park at Shrewsbury hospital and paid for my parking, I parked where I always park at the hospital. This time I’m told that I parked in a staff permit holders car park. I did not and they provided no photographic evidence. Got fined and appealed, appeal kicked out. You pay the fine and another £1.50 for the privilege of paying the fine. Scammers and blaggards. Vile

Charging for online payment

Even though the parking fine was unfair and the response to my appeal was dismissive, what really is unacceptable that the company charges £1.50 for online payments. Absolutely disgraceful!

Absolutely hopeless ! update,

Absolutely hopeless, as a blue badge holder, I received an email that my registration permit has expired and to reapply, I don't know how long it's supposed to last!
When you do manage to reapply the validation code disappears far too quickly, I understand if you change you vehicle you should reapply but why on earth would you need to reapply otherwise?
Update, yesterday I received an email stating that my permit for disabled parking has not expired after all,
I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't persevered and tried parking with a supposedly expired permit , probably a fine!!!

Awful people

Awful disgusting company. My friend is suffering from cancer and was feeling unwell we pulled of at a service station. She is very poorly and it took time for her to be able to travel safely . They sent us a fine ..we explained but they DONT CARE. I thought service station where SAFE places to pull over on motorways to rest ..NOT SO. won't stop at service station ever again I will find the closes town

Another person stung by this joke of a company . How can I breach a contract when I can't see the contract..
Fruitless and time consuming to put yourself through the charade of an appeal .
I would insted encourage you to complain the the Speke Trust who own the land and surely have employed this outfit !

Don't park your car there

i will try to avoid parking operate by this company. the paying machine at site is useless. tried couple time and charged me twice. complainted about it but later they sent me a letter and ask for penalty charges.

I was not therefor the time they specified!!

Nexus are trying to fine me. They say we parked in services for just under 3 hours!!!
We were there 15 minutes max. We only use the loo and buy water!!!
I have a disability badge too. I'm allowed 3 hours. It's 3 hours for free. The pic is dreadful.
It's just not true.
I have a tracker on my van. So hopefully that will prove it.
There's no ticker on your vehicle.
They can literally say what they want. Absolute disgrace.
I'm thinking of taking them to court!!

I am convinced Group Nexus Scamming!

I am convinced Group Nexus are a scam company. We parked at Broadfields Retail Park in Aylesbury to do our daughter's university shopping. We were there for 3 hours 29 mins. This car park has very poor signage re a 2 hour limit. There is no provision to pay for extra time (it is advertised online as free).
I got a demand for £100 this morning! That is a ridiculous rate (backing up my theory of purposeful intent to scame)!
Buyer beware of visiting shops in this retail park (and spending your money there) - it is very easy to go over that (very poorly advertised 2 hour limit)! Shame on the likes of TKMaxx, Homesense, M&S, Halfords et al for accepting these parking provisions.
I have written to the world - hopefully that will get Group Nexus kicked out.

This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam. My partner has received 3/4 fines from this company for a car park when visitng B&Q and them stating that his van had either been parked there over night for 6/7 hours, each time we have been able to prove from the camera we have at our house that this was not the case as his van was parked at our house during that time, we got the money back but we are now sick of receiving these fines and think this company should pay us money for unnecessary admin! I can't believe a company like this are able to exist!!!!

Useless

Tried to pay for parking this morning, app just won’t load locations at all. I can rebook previous parking in the same car park but that booking was with an old car and it’s not editable. Tried and tried to load all locations or local locations, input the site code…nothing! Deleted and reinstalled app, put airplane mode on and off again, tried everything and still nothing. No online assistance available. Hopeless!

Disgusting sham of a company. Anyone that uses them to manage their car park should be ashamed. Disregarded any evidence I showed them and still proceeded to fine me even though nothing I could have done to make payment.

Overpriced parking and unfair fines…

Paid a car park fee of £4 when parked at Shrewsbury Hospital then charged an additional £30 for parking in a Permit only space which is badly signposted and then charged a further £1.50 to pay the £30 fine. Shrewsbury Hospital has limited parking facilities with very little public parking spaces - Nexus Group signage is unclear too high and misleading in that public parking signage is in exactly the same format as permit holder parking signage the only difference being in the wording which I have to say after looking for a space for over half an hour one is generally too stressed out to read word for word.

Utterly useless company.

Utterly useless company.

My wife and I provide transport to our elderly mother and simply need the system to allow us both to use her Blue Badge when appropriate.

Customer service only interested in passing the buck back to us and expecting us to tinker around with the software to get around their poorly programmed system which is incapable of handling two vehicles using the same Blue Badge!

A Blue Badge is for the INDIVIDUAL not a vehicle!!!

This disgusting excuse for a company…

98% negative reviews says everything this ‘Company’ requires closing down now.
This disgusting excuse for a company has just sent me a penalty notice fine for literally turning around once noticing new cashless payment machines in a car park at Lyndford Stag woods in Norfolk, I will add their was NO signage on entry so once and already passed the unnoticed camera and realising I had no way to pay had to spend all of a minute turning around in the entrance and leaving, without even making the actual car parking area! absolute entrapment and I’d say quiet likely illegal due to the signage issue, they’ll be receiving a phone call or happy to go to court if they’d prefer as their very intimidating series of text messages were offering.. absolute scammers and should be regulated better of which I’ll be highlighting during my impending call.
Will add any updates in the hope of helping others, more so the elderly which in this world have enough scammers to deal with without so called legitimate company’s, maybe independent trade bodies the BPA OR the IPC Regulator groups pick up on this, can only hope!

Received Parking Charge by post 6 days…

Received Parking Charge by post 6 days following issue date. Tried to make payment online, Bank approved payment but payment declined by retailer. Tried using telephone method. Call discountinued by receiver after confirming my PCN ref using keypad. Attempted twice - same result. Tried emailing the address given by notice but undeliverable. Tried appealing on Group Nexus website - unsuccessful error. Basically no way of making payment, no way of contacting the PCN issuer, and no way of making an appeal.
