The address Groupon gave us was not the correct one, we went there and there was no show. Groupon refuses to refund us. Thus is dishonest conduct.

Excellent experience

The color is much redder and flashier than in the photo in the ad. Returns are impossible without paying for them myself, which is ridiculous.

This is my first time ordering from Groupon. The experience was positive, both for the price and for the ease of completing the order. I highly recommend this site.

Top rapide efficace

I bought a Microsoft Office 365 voucher and it worked well ! It was a bit complicated to use it at first but the support service was fast and relevant.

The service was not provided by the salon, I found it to be a scam, since I already paied for all the services and I received partially.

I bought two coupons for Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus for Windows 10 and 11, with lifetime access: one for me and one as a gift. The person I gifted the second coupon to received the same licence number as mine. We contacted the seller (Get Software Deals) because this seemed odd, but we got no response. Normally, I would expect our licence numbers to be unique, but they weren't.

Additionally, my antivirus flagged the seller's product claim form as dangerous. It said the webpage tried to install malware on my computer.

I advise being cautious with this seller. I'm really disappointed that Groupon.fr is associated with them. I will never buy from this seller again.

UPDATE: I changed my rating from one star to four because Groupon.fr quickly fixed the problem. I really appreciated their support.

Seller based in Switzeland so I have been charged extra from my bank because of foreign curreny.
6 months after my purchase I asked a PDF version of the manual instructions > impossible to answer.
Never again with Groupon !

Communication impossible en cas de problème

I've bought Microsoft Pro Office 2024 without any problem on GroupOn. I've requested my license. No answer. I've contacted Support by mail and they answered quickly providing requested license. I've followed installation instructions carefully and it works well now, I can use Microsoft Office Pro 2024 on my laptop using W11.

I bought a deal on Groupon for a Cryolipolise session and I cannot contact the vendor. Instead of helping me, Groupon either does not answer my mail, never answer the phone or send stupid and irrelevant replies "Do contact the vendor" (I did it 10 times before contacting Groupon!)

Right product, reactive support, everything is all right.
