I found the customer service to be the best part about Growell. That is on top of their excellent range of products and special offers they have regularly. I had to return an order recently due to issues with delivery (DHL's fault not Growell) and Beth at Growell was great at sorting it out and issueing a refund for me. Highly recommend this shop for your products.

Placed an order Thursday and received Friday morning, very fast turnaround there was a slight issue with the order and communication was quick and Beth resolved my issue right away and sent the correct stuff out 100% be using again 10/10

My go to Place for my Growing Needs
Purchased through GroWell multiple times, one slight issue where an incorrect fast clamp was sent, but a quick call and an email and they sent the correct part quickly!
Every other experience was perfect, and so long as the error is fixed quickly the odd mistake can happen!
I will continue to purchase in the future just because of how well customer service handled the mishap.

Logan/customer support amazing, DHL rubbish!
Logan from customer support has not only been very good with keeping me updated with queries but also extremely helpful in resolving issues with my previous order, mainly caused by DHL (they're useless).
DHL managed to lose part of my delivery, stated it was going to arrive the next day and then randomly delivered it 5 days after it was supposed to arrive without any prior warning. All that was after i had a replacement item dispatched & delivered, thanks to Logan, 2 days+ prior.
My only complaint about my Growell order (hence 4 instead of 5 stars) was that it took a while to dispatch but once i spoke with Logan to get an update, he managed to get things moving and my order arrived the following day.
I plan on ordering from them again, just hope they can offer alternative delivery options in the future.
