Update - Growseed contacted me, apologised and have issued a refund. They are also resending the cloches. Impressed with their customer service when something's gone wrong.

Paid for 3 cloches in June 2024 that were due to be despatched in December.  Having heard nothing by 10th Jan 2025 I emailed. Jen replied to say  "Sorry for the delay the stock arrived in earlier this week a little later than expected and a courier is booked to collect your parcel on Monday / Tuesday next week :)". So this would have been 13th/14th January. By 19th January nothing had been delivered and Growseed have not replied to my email asking where the delivery is. Beginning to feel I've been conned.

The root trainers are sturdy and will last years, which I'm really pleased about....less plastic use 😀
Initially the root trainers arrived without lids, but Gerry in Customer services sent lids out promptly. I cannot thank you enough for dealing with this so quickly as the growing season is upon us.

Took a while to arrive but I ordered over Xmas so that's to be expected haven't tried the seeds yet as they don't need planting yet

Since,I started my allotment journey, I always buy my seeds from growseed,I never had any problems with the seeds, I Can keep them and usually use through the years.
The service is excellent, they are rteally there to help and assist you and give you advises with the plants, which is very important and the customer service is excellent,I always have reply to my queries within 24 hours.
I really highly recomment them

This is the first time we have used Growseed and we received what we ordered, on time and well presented. It was also pleasing to receive a free bonus of dwarf sun flower seed. Appreciated.

Update to my review: Gerry contacted me straight away after writing this review. He had my missing items sent out immediately as well as refund a large proportion of my order. I think he has also upgraded my account. Obviously I shouldn’t have had to write a 1 star review to get my query resolved but I can’t fault the service since. Thanks Gerry!

I placed my order on the 7th October. I chased on 30th October as thought the delay was a little excessive. Had a friendly response from John saying if I hadn’t had tracking details by a certain date then let him know. A couple of days later my items were delivered, albeit with 3 items missing. Emailed on 1st November advising of the issue, John advised the 2 in stock would be sent and one was undergoing a quick germination test. Once complete all would be in the post. Since then, radio silence. I chased again on 22nd November but nothing. It’s now 11th December and still nothing.

Sturdy long-root seed trays. It should work really well - it’s a gift so, watch this space. Dispatch and delivery all went smoothly.
