I made an Investment in form of a…

I made an Investment in form of a subordinated loan.
They are supposed to pay interests yearly by 31.12.
I am still waiting for my payment from 2023.

You have invested through our company in a medium-sized solar firm that develops new solar projects. With high-return investment opportunities, there are inherent entrepreneurial risks, which are adequately highlighted well in advance of any investment. In the case of this specific investment, the responsible issuer/the solar company (as well as Grüne Sachwerte as the intermediary of the investment) has communicated regarding the delay in interest payments and remains available for discussions. We anticipate that the interest payment can be caught up soon.

We regret that the delay in interest payment for an entrepreneurial investment has caused negative feelings. At the same time, we would like to point out that there have always been investment offers with a more stable concept and lower return prospects available.
