Rude & untrustworthy
I purchased a portable milking machine from them. I needed next day delivery & at the time of enquiry I was told it was more than likely. Later when I came to pay for the item after explicitly stating the sale was on the basis of next day delivery, I was told that they had doubled checked with courier & it would definitely arrive next day - It arrived 5 days later, when I requested a refund they were rude, lied telling me they had never guaranteed next day delivery when during my second call that is exactly what they said & are now refusing a provide a full refund. I could have bought it cheaper from Goat Nutrition but they were at least honest and said it would take up to 5 days to arrive. I will provide an update of if/when this reduced refund arrives
