No phone, no money back, no contact for a month now

Ordered a phone with next say delivery and paid online. After a few days nothing so decided to call. Could not find the order, then found it but said they could not match the payment to the order. Had to send a proof of pay. After few more days still nothing so called again. This time the person that was responsible for finance was not there. Gave them 2 more days to handle it. No phone! So in my right I decided to withdraw my order by official written notice. They send confirmation they recieved it. Legal terms and their own 'algemene voorwaarden' state they have to refund within 14 days after cancelling. After 14 days nothing. Send them a 'formele ingebrekestelling' and gave them 1 more week to transfer the funds. No reply, no confirmation they recieved it. Tomorrow this week is over and still no money. Over 500 euro's that have been gone for a month now. Never ever order here, they are cheaters. Now forced to transfer this to my 'rechtsbijstandsverzekering' cause ordinary customers they don't take seriously.

Many years of good experience with GSM Web

I’ve had a fantastic experience with GSM Web. I’ve been with them for many years, and whenever I’ve had a problem, I could just call and they would deal with the case quickly and professionally.

Recently I had a small issue, but it was sorted out very quickly and efficiently. I spoke to a manager called Josh, who was very helpful. He listens carefully, understands your situation, and handles things in a clear and professional way, which I really appreciate.

I’ve just received my brand new iPhone from them, and everything went smoothly.

Could it be worse

Could it be worse? Yes. They see reviews in here and they respond to them, mine they say they will get back to me…. Not true of course… I hope everybody before buying anything here see the reviews to prevent people from such a dissapointment. I am ok to loose I couple of hundreds but not everybody can afford that and I find really sad to be scammed this way.

6 weeks later still no phone and no communication

Ordered a phone on August 5th. After a week I called as I didn't receive an update and they told me they are waiting for delivery, expected soon. Called again a week later, same answer. Aug. 29th I received a link to pay my phones down payment telling me it was ready and I would receive a track & trace. Days later still nothing, so called again and they told me they would put it on high priority and it should be sent out latest on Monday (this was on a Friday). Now it's next Friday, still no updates, no phone.

Horrible communication and everytime I've been on the phone I've been waiting in line for an hour.

Will never order with them again.

2 months later still no phone

bought a phone with subscription more then 2 months ago. subscription started a month ago so i automaticly started paying off my phone but i had not received it yet. i started asking them when it would arrive and everytime i asked the just said next day/next week/they're out of stock and get new one next week(that was 3 weeks ago). still have not received anything aside for empty promises.

Update 22/09/2025; FINALLY (after more then 3 months) got my phone after all that time. What did they give me extra for all that trouble? A cheap set of earbuds (15 euro chinese stuff, if even) which i told them i cant even use 🤦‍♂️. Never gonna order there ever again. And will tell everyone to stay away from there

Never again! Stay away from this website!

I have ordered a continuation of my contract with Odido with a mobile telephone Samsung Galaxy 24 Ultra 512Gb. It says in the website that it will be delivered in 2 to 3 days but up until now, its more than 3 weeks, I havent received the phone. I have been emailing the klantenservice to cancel my order so I could go to Odido shop myself and process my own contract with Odido but up until now. I have not received a confirmation that my order is cancelled.

I went to Odido today and they said, GSMweb should cancel the order so they could process my contract continuation. I have been waiting for 2 weeks now for them to cancel my order but to no avail.

This is such a scam website. Never again. Please cancel my order gsmweb, thats the least you could do so I could not be trap within your nonsense promises.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced


I ordered an iPhone with a business subscription from GSMWEB on June 6, and after nearly a month I still haven’t received it. I was promised next-day delivery, paid immediately, and have been chasing ever since. Every time I contact customer service, I get a different excuse or empty promise.

I have no phone, and they offer me a random accessory instead of proper compensation. Absolutely unacceptable. Never again.

Do NOT trust this company

Do NOT trust this company! No Service or Device After 2 Months

I signed up for a mobile phone subscription through GSMweb.nl and was promised a device to go with it. Two months later, I still haven’t received the device. I called Ben, my provider, who said it’s an issue with GSMweb.nl — but GSMweb.nl won’t respond to calls (service auto hangs up) or to the several emails I’ve sent repeatedly over two months. Absolutely no service, no help, and no communication. Stay away from this company!

I ordered a phone from GSMweb.nl over…

I ordered a phone from GSMweb.nl over two weeks ago, and I still haven’t received it. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I’ve received vague, unhelpful responses. if I get a reply at all. No clear delivery date, no explanation, just empty promises.

I expected much better service from a company claiming to be reliable. At this point, I’m seriously questioning whether this is even a legitimate business or just a poorly run operation.
Take this as a warning!! if you’re thinking of ordering from GSMweb.nl, be prepared for long delays and zero accountability. I will be reporting this to the appropriate consumer protection agencies if my issue not resolved asap i ll take legal action against your company and your fraud writing statement which was promised in writing to deliver the phone in 2 days….!

Very very very bad and horrible…

Very very very bad and horrible customer service.

I applied for a subscription two months ago and they did not deliver the phone to me although I am paying for the subscription monthly and already paid the first payment. Every time I call they have excuses.

In the third month I told them I want to cancel everything, they said we can not cancel the subscription for you but we will give you cashback since the already got paid from Odido as a loan, they promised to do that in two weeks and now it is three weeks and when I call customer service they put me on hold then they hang up.

Last time they said we are gonna answer you by email but they did not.

Now I am trying my best just to get the money back.

My worse experience ever I swear.

Very poor service. Ordered Device with subscription I received my 1st bill but device is still not delivered.
