We started our reno just before the virus impacted the state. The folks at Garden State Tile have been amazingly patient.Our Order is still waiting in their warehouse.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Bonnie assisted us patiently to choose the perfect tile for our bathrooms. Love my new tile floors and shower. Will not go anywhere else for tile and definitely go back for tile for my kitchen renovation.

Not pleased, unable to return a tile that I can not use. GST should be willing to make a cash customer happy.

As a neophyte tile purchaser, my experience doing business with Garden State Tile could not have been better. My wife & I decided to remodel our master bathroom. I went to the showroom in Center City Philadelphia near where I work. The design sales consultant,Jennifer Kusiak, was wonderful to work with. She was knowledgeable, creative, patient, and witty. After hearing what my objectives and plans were in the remodel, she educated me about the different tile options that were available and made excellent suggestions concerning the tile installation design.
The bathroom turned out great—beyond our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Garden State Tile.

I walked in with no appointment. Amanda was great at she was able to put together many options. I walked in with no clearly defined designs and I was pleased with all the designs she created.

Tonie was great to work with - answered all my questions - helped me get the tile I wanted and also addressed an issue with delivery from the tile manufacturer.

GST was the second tile store we went into. At the first store we met asalesman who was was very nice and answered my questions, but I decided to get a second opinion. My tiler recommended Garden State Tile in Dover, NJ. the design consultant at GST gave me an education! She was friendly, informative, and gave me great ideas. Her suggestions were spot on and I felt very comfortable spending the substantial money required to tile my bathroom.

Very knowledgeable staff, greetings with pleasant smiles and never too pushy to make sales to make clients uncomfortable. I am a professional tile installer and send my clients to their wonderfully designed showrooms.
