Stay away. The people I dealt with had no idea what they were doing.
Slow responses, constant mistakes, and zero accountability. They did not care. I was chasing them to do basic work I paid for. Wouldn't trust them with a calculator, let alone my finances.
They have heavy advertising that makes you think they are good. Then, you will speak with one of their professionals, who is indeed a professional. However, when it comes to the actual tax filing, it is done by people who know less than you about taxes. The quality of their service is poor; avoid them.
