I cannot express how incredibly impressed and blown away I am with the unbelievable quality of service I received from Matt this evening.

What I initially believed to be a bot instead turned out to be an incredible human being with enough wit, charisma and charm to make a king blush.

Having explained my frustrations with other hosting services regarding a space engineers server, Matt was able to identify exactly what I needed and assist me with getting the correct service and setup requirements I needed for my group's needs and ambitions.

The interface for GTX is incredibly user friendly with easy setup and access to customer service for any further issues or concerns with prompt response and genuine attention given to the customer.

In regards to hardware, with the customisable options available, you will be able to tailor it to meet your needs exactly without the need to remortgage your house, and considering the quality of equipment being used by GTX in comparison to other hosting services, they are as far as I have seen and am now experiencing, blowing the competition out of the water.

It is fair to say that in the future GTX will easily become my go-to for hosting from now on.

Great Interactions! I normally don't use the little chat windows that pop up, because they all seem to be bots. For some reason I decided to today and was pleasantly surprised when I was connected to an actual person. Matt was very useful and provided me with a short guide through the website, answering my random questions as they were fired at him. I look forward to many fruitful interactions with this company as I try to build a thriving Space Engineers community.

Through the years I have used GTX on and off. Many different servers and when I ask a question in their live chat, I think maybe only once or twice have I had to wait to get any assistance with this group. Always ontop of things and getting me accurate info. I really couldn't ask for a better provider for the money they charge.

GTX where very helpful in getting my sever up and running no issues. I was struggling to get mods to work and within half an hour I had a response and assisted me suprisingly very fast. Thanks again

Their system is wholly unreliable and due to errors and flaws in their system, two long-term servers have been destroyed with vital files ending up missing, resulting in every single vehicle across the map being lost, all character data being lost. Their responses are bot-like and apathetic and even after causing months of time and progress to be lost for myself and countless players, they don't even offer a refund - instead offer a couple of weeks payment back or "4 months free service", as if anyone would want to continue hosting with them after they've proven they can't run a reliable service. Avoid them at all costs.

I am very much over GTXGaming. I use to swear by them, now they are just the run of the mill company with nothing special. They don't offer the support they once did either. They have started blaming mod creators for their failure of a hosting service and then saying that I don't know what the hell I am talking about. I get better service off of shockbyte which isn't saying much.

Edit: they are now threating to take down this review if I don't provide more information claiming I am not a valid user.

I used GTXGaming for reselling game servers when I started my company. The service was solid and we had a smooth experience, but we’ve since moved on. Prices are a bit high, though the wide range of locations is a plus. Support, however, was slow and had weak responses.

I've rented a dedicated gaming server from GTX for about a year now. In that time I've only experienced down time once, which was quickly resolved. No noticeable lag or speed issues whatsoever. Staff is always very quick to respond and answer questions & fix potential issues.

James Knott was very responsive and quick to diagnose our problem, offer alternative solutions, and get us back and running. I very much appreciate his response time and professional responses. I look forward to working with James Knott and GTX Gaming in the near future. Thank you, James.

I feel I was very lucky to find Jamie Redpath in GTX Support. He was very calm and very Patient with me. He explained things when I asked, so that I actually understood. He also consulted with me FIRST! Before doing anything or making any changes. And he would ask for my opinion as I did from him. He is much more experienced and understands the hardware far better than I could ever. Making his advice invaluable to my Decision making also. I believe that Jamie is a Company man! And Represents the Company and the people around him. Very friendly guy and got my Server running and back up again. Everyone that I have met from Ticket Support have made me feel important. GTXGaming advertises that they accept direct bank payments when you sign up when in reality they DO NOT. I gave my bank acct# and routing# in order to set that up. They never took the money out of the account and each time I had to use a debit card, something I specifically tried to avoid as I set up a whole separate checking acct for my Arma 3 clan. I did this so there wouldn't be card charges or so they wouldn't take money when it's not all there yet. What GTX has available is called "Bank Transfer" but it never worked. I reached out to their support team and they said "We do not have the ability to pull from bank accounts direct. But we can do it through an intermediary like PayPal or using your debit card." Yet they took my bank information when I first signed up. They asked for my discord information so we could link up and talk. I sent them my discord information but I refused to pay until we talked because I didn't want to use a debit card anymore. They NEVER reached out to me on discord. Every time I asked why they take bank information but don't actually use the service of automatic bank transfers they dodged the question.
"I dont understand what you mean by saying bank payments do not work. We receive bank payments every single day. You are clearly suffering from the wrong impression."

Btw all quotations are from my support tickets with their support team. I STRONGLY recommend not using their servers or any other service.

Servers runs smooth and it's the best I can find to run space engineers for a decent price and they don't need reset all the time like most hosting platforms.

Have used Gtx for dayz servers a few times and they really are great never had any performance issues, prices are good and modding the servers is made nice and easy with Gtx :)

I came to these people from another service and was not holding my hopes high. BOY WAS I WRONG. They were patient with my new to coding questions and help with even the simplest of tasks.
