This is a scam. you have to be careful as if you send an enquiry to them, they assumed you are buying already, they sent someone automatically to do some measurements wihtout your authorisation and then expected to pay them and pay th einvoice raise. stay away from this company as all they want is your money. nothing else

Yesterday, on a Sunday afternoon, my electric garage door failed to open. I knew there was a garage door firm in the village, Earls Barton. So I went down to See if it was open. Such a relief.
It was and the man in the office (I think Jonathan) very kindly offered to come the next afternoon and have a look.
He came at the time arranged and sorted the problem for me.
I didn’t buy the doors from him originally because I wasn’t aware of his firm, but this wasn’t a problem.
What fantastic service from a great local firm. Thank you for helping an old lady in distress!

I needed someone in a hurry to sort out a problem with my electric garage door. Searching through Google I came across Guardian Garage Doors. I noticed on their comprehensive website that as well as supplying and fitting doors they also offered a repair service.

As they were a local company based in Northampton I decided to contact them. It was too late in the day to phone so I emailed them at 10:00pm on Friday evening. I received a reply the next morning - impressive!

John arranged to come on the following Monday to assess the problem. The appointment was for 2:00pm and he phoned on route to let me know that he’d be arriving shortly.

In no time at all he fixed the problem and also programmed my spare remote for the door. From the initial contact through to getting the door fixed I was very impressed. THANKS JOHN.

NOTE: If you’re reading this review take my advice and contact Guardian, you won’t be disappointed .

Door is fantastic and was fitted on the agreed date. Instal went smoothly and was very professional. 1 star deducted because throughout the process we had to chase up. 1 week of this was because they were on holiday and their office answer machine hadn’t updated properly. Overall it went well and it seems the communication issues were a one off due to a personally challenging time in a small business. Would use again.

Garage door wasn't working. John from Guardian came the same day and sorted the problem. Very competent, very professional- first class company.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to John for going out of his way and fixing my late Mum’s garage door in record time. I was absolutely distraught after being let down by 3 other companies the previous week and one on that particular day however John came through like a Knight in Shining armour. So pleased. Thank you so much. The service and price was second to none. I may have put the wrong date on this review (out by a day or 2). If I have please let me know.

Excellent customer service, came out the same day.
Our roller garage door wouldn't close but John was able to fix it swiftly and effortlessly, as well as offering us some sound advice.
We'd use them again in a heart beat for any future work.
