Satisfaction not for long.

I was rather happy with my two machines, until one broke a shear pin. Then the trouble really started.
First, that the shear pin broke was caused by a product shortcoming: a securing screw was not thread-locked, by factory. It loosened, the shearpin lost it's seat, dislodged, and broke. CRACKKK!
OK, so I needed to order a spare part. "Sorry, not possible, we only send to EU Countries." But HEY!, Ireland IS a EU country! - "Sorry, cannot send to UK and Ireland!" But HEY!, Ireland is not connected to UK, it is connected to the EU! -To no avail. So I went ballistic. Sent a formal letter of complaint, threatened to sue for unlawfully withholding a vital spare part for my machine. That got their attention. And they finally condescended to sell me the spare part. : Only, they charged 22€ just for posting the tiny 46 g. part inside a padded envelope from one EU country to another.
I feel angered, and robbed into the bargain.
-Buy Guede at you own peril.
