They are selling my walking tour for 80eur per person, and original price on my site it 35 eur per person. I do understand commision, but this is outrageous. Also, lying on the website about ''best p... See more

Easy to use and great price
Great way to discover Berlin
Our guide was Dave. Great guy with a lot of historical knowledge.
Disappointed that " the caves will not…
Disappointed that " the caves will not be forgotten " slogan FORGOT the CAVE PAINTINGS. We felt this was implied thus we are disappointed 😞
Great service when we wanted to change…
Great service when we wanted to change our pick-up location. Had an awesome experience in Curacao thanks to guideandgo!
The trickets never came
The trickets never came, so we had to wait in line anyway to sort it out. Really annoying when you prepare just to avoid exactly that
Tickets are not in spam or any other box. We got an orderconfirmation and had the bookingnumber in that email. So we did get tickets. We just had to talk to one service person, then the information and then they printed our tickets in the giftshop. We made it in time - and I'm sure it is not that difficult most of the time. We would just have gotten easier through by buying the tickets after standing in line. That's all.

Walking Tour of Jewish Quarter Budapest
I booked a walking tour of the Jewish Quarter of Budapest. Instead of the walking tour we were given a tour of the Dohany Utca Synagogue and a guided tour of the museum. The entrance fee to the Synagogue and museum (including a guided tour of the synagogue) is 4000 forint (approximately,
$14.50 per person) I paid double the fee per ticket under the assumption that it was a tour of the Jewish Quarter as per the confirmation and the prospectus. In addition the guided tour of the museum was totally misleading. The person conducting the tour was not familiar with Jewish practice and made quite a few totally incorrect representations of Jewish practice.
We were totally misled by the ad for this tour and disappointed in the tour itself. I would discourage anyone interested in the Jewish Quarter of Budapest from taking this tour.
When I complained about the misrepresentation I was told I should have complained to the guide. I explained that I wanted to make sure I didn't make a mistake by misunderstanding the prospectus. Once I checked I realized that I had booked a walking tour of the Jewish Quarter and that is not what we got. I did get a refund of 25% from the company but I still feel I over-paid for the tour we got.
Great service and reliable transfer
Great service (live chat) when I needed support to book the transfer. The taxi was right on time, the driver was friendly.
Would definitely recommend!
Friendly staff, always willing to help when the booking gets a snag due to operators not responding, or availability is incorrect.
Very bad service and support
We booked a boat tour. The day before the tour we agreed at what time to be picked up. The day of the tour we were not picked up nor anyone called us to inform that in the end the tour was canceled. We now have to find out how to get our money refound.
