I just had a call with Guidepoint and it was an excellent experience. The coordination was seamless, the team really was professional and efficient, and the collaboration felt very smooth and well organized. Communication was clear and efficient throughout the process. Happy with the engagement

Happy with the engagement.

This is a relatively painless experience and gives people with experience to share their SME knowledge for a fee with Guidepoints clients whilst being pid a reasonable rate for their time.
The experience from the analysts first contact to the through onboarding to the meeting and then the invoicing and payment processes are well thought through. Happy to engage again.

Not a flawless meeting

Meeting was planned according to schedule. Several calls and messages from different people at Guidepoint to confirm. During the call with the customer Guidepoint called several times which was disturbing the call. Somehow Guidpoint was informed that the customer could not hear me, which was not the case.

Guidepoint has been very good at combining an effective digital platform with direct human support, for ad hoc requirements and feedback.

The projects' topics are well targeted and the appropriate connection has been swiftly found between the Clients and I.

This is scam company with fake review and emails

This is scam company they ask you to do free work and never get paid. I closed my account and keep blocking them last 4 years but they keep sending me everyday with different email addresses. How is it even possible. It is very frustrating.
