I was ok with the meeting and questions. the customer was well prepared

It can be a little time consuming answering some of the same questions everytime to pre qualify but I enjoy the chance to get to talk to someone about the stuff I know and work I do and hopefully help then

I needed to change some tax information for which I go initial information on how to. When I went to do it the site would not let me in. I then sent an email advising that I still couldn't get in. I was given further instructions which also didn't work. I sent another three emails over 9 days until I finally got a response at which time they ask me for the information that needed to be changed and said they would do it. Way too painful for $200 and had more time into this than the actual consulting.

Nice platform in theory but… they se to be more willing to collect data through initial questionnaire rather than actual interview. In a nutshell, waste of time to be kind…

Only concern is that I do not always get relevant invitations, I am an orthopedic surgeon and sometimes get invitations for general surgeons or endocrinologists.

easy screening questionnaires, good communication, appropriate and good consults, consultants speak well and are easy to understand.

Each project review you receive is already closed once you click on it. You spend time to review and accept projects and you never get feedback. Useless network.

The client was well focus in what he needed to know. I felt confortable and think it was an interesting discussion for him.
