Very well priced items and quick delivery, i will definitely be using them again in the future

courier arrived at my home my wife was there to meet him he opened the door of the van and parcels feel out of the van he then threw them back in the van,then dragged my new amp out ,the box was battered ,i was on the phone to my wife as i was in work so i said for her to refuse it, i wasnt going to take a chance on it .i phoned guitarbitz and sent them photos they said the amp will be ok .I said i wasn't happy and they said send it back ,i phoned the following day and ordered another amp of a different make they said i was rude to the staff,,, i wasnt ,,,they said
they could'nt take a chance on me refusing another parcel as it costs them around £12 so would'nt sell me another amp.to me that's accepting that the courier company aint that good "interlink express"
AN AMP IS A BIT MORE FRAGILE THAN A SET OF STRINGS
but have to say staff were polite and refunded my money very quick
i bought a guitar off of them some time ago but i visited there shop and bought it
you can't blame guitarbitz for a dodgy courier but its something i think they and future customers need to know about

Bought some guitar strings at a very competitive price, and received them
in a very short time! I don't buy things on the internet because of lower prices, it's the quick turn a round I like. Very often lowering prices too much
lowers the value we put on the goods! Life is too cheap these days makes us too greedy

Free postage, was there the next day, great product, couldn't be better!

However, give the Black Friday thing a miss. Please.

I would fully reccomend guitarbitz, ordered Washburn HB35 with accessory kit, as I had ordered the wrong accessory kit, got a very nice phone call checking what accessory kit I wanted and checked the guitar it was for. The member of staff was very helpful. Guitar and accessory pack came next day as promised. I stumbled across guitarbitz last year when looking for a cheaper way of buying branded bass strings: these we're cheapest by far and delivery was free too! Have too many guitars and not enough cash to keep them all rolling on coated strings so bought some of the GB own brand nickels and I actually really like them. Very happy

I'm from the highlands in Scotland and when guitarbitz say free delivery anywhere on mainland UK,,,,,,,they mean it! Not like other companies who rip you off with ridiculous delivery charges.
