Evri have not delivered the parcel
Evri have not delivered the parcel. Gul completed their side quickly but Evri have kept the parcel in their local delivery office and are not delivering it. I suspect it will go back to Gul at some point.

Items are great quality and good value, the customer service has been excellent. There was an issue with the courier but Gul customer service were on top of it and sorted things out.

Ordered two items
Ordered two items, bodyboard bag turned up ok within the week lucky in time for my boys birthday. However the bodyboard took 6-7 weeks and required several emails chasing. Finally turned up today and not impressed with quality, several creased ripples running through plastic skin on base of bodyboard. Will never use this company again, I simply can't be bothered to even chase up a replacement as expect it would be another 6 weeks! Only because it was reduced sale price item will let my girl use it next summer. Lost faith in your company sorry never again.
